Their room service is terrible. I have traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels, but honestly, I have never encountered such bad behavior anywhere else. The food quality is absolutely appalling, and the geyser in the room didn't work; furthermore, a lack of water delayed our departure. Worst of all, they are so shameless and uncivilized that they don't know how to treat customers properly—yet they run a hotel. They didn't even provide towels in our room, yet they falsely accused us of stealing one and charged a 500-rupee fine based on that lie. I have never seen such awful staff; I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The service at this hotel was appalling, and the food was atrocious; the room service was also terrible. There were issues with the water supply—it wasn't available on time—and the geyser didn't work. To make matters worse, they falsely accused us of theft. It was the worst hotel experience of my life; the staff behaved very badly and lacked any sense of courtesy.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating but the cafeteria/ dining room needs cleaning

I have traveled to many places around the world, but this hotel provided one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
The food quality was extremely disappointing. During breakfast, I had to wait 5–10 minutes just to get a single puri, and the puris were as small as pani puri shells. At lunch, the curry was undercooked and lacked proper taste and preparation.
The rooms were dirty, and the washrooms were not maintained properly, which made the stay even more unpleasant. On top of that, the staff's behavior was unfriendly and unwelcoming, making the overall experience worse.
I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone expecting decent service, cleanliness, or food quality.
আমি 22/05/2026 গিয়ে ছিলাম ওনাদের ব্যবহার খুব খুব বাজে যেমন নোংরা রান্না তার থেকেও বেশি নোংরা তাদের সার্ভিস । কোনো ধরনের এক্সট্রা কিছু অর্ডার করলে অনেক বেশি চার্জ করে । আমাদের মেঘি স্যুপ দিবে বলে চাওমিন বয়েল করে দিয়েছে।
The rooms are not well maintained... Specially the washroom. Food is great. Service is also fine.
It's a good staying in rishyp.. first we are hesitate for staying there for there low rate reviews but they are good. We asked them why this kind of reviews? Owner of this property said that manager who 1st appointed he is the reason. But this guy raju sarkar is so humble. & Their staff are too good.
It was a great Experience with paradise homestay. Food and Behaviour of two vaiya was very good. They served us very tasty foods. If someone visit Rishop, one must stay at Paradise homestay.
