It was a wonderful experience staying at this Homestay. Hospitality, Food Quality and View- in each matter, this homestay is above excellent.

यहाँ के मालिक और स्टाफ का व्यवहार था; उन्होंने हमें बहुत प्यार से और व्यक्तिगत ध्यान देकर बहुत अच्छी मेहमाननवाज़ी दी। ऐसा लगा जैसे हम किसी अपने के घर पर रुके हों। कुल मिलाकर, यह होटल लोकेशन, भोजन, और हर चीज़ में एकदम अव्वल है। मैं यहाँ वापस आने का इंतज़ार कर रहा हूँ!"

I've been there it's a wonderful full stay with a mesmerizing view from there common balcony and the most I liked about this place is the food the quality of the food is too good

The reason I gave one star is because the driver name RABIN who drives white xylo owned by the owner, is very rude and unprofessional conduct towards passenger. The owner must address the issue. Homestay is beautiful.

I have stayed here twice. One of the home stay to serve mineral water 250 ml @ 1400/ head per day rate. Food includes Fish, chicken, sandwich, toast all chinese and Indian including momos in the evening snacks. Jungle views adventures rooms with the fantastic hospitality of Samit Lepcha and his family. What a lovely stay Thanks Samit ❤️

Our stay at Mr.Souvit's homestay in Takdah, Darjeeling was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences we’ve had in the mountains. The place itself is incredibly pretty and peaceful, but what truly made the stay special was the warmth of the people there. The owner is one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve met. We had many long conversations with him where he shared insights about life in the mountains, the challenges locals face, and the economic realities of the region. It was not only interesting but also very eye-opening. He’s a very intelligent, well-informed, and genuinely kind person. And the food — absolutely amazing! Every meal, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, was delicious. We especially looked forward to breakfast every day because everything was so fresh and lovingly prepared. A special mention to Mr. Souvit's mother, who is around 80 years old but looks so energetic and youthful. She maintains the most beautiful garden I’ve ever seen, filled with rare flowers and stunning orchids. It’s incredible to see her take care of such a lovely garden with so much dedication even at this age. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. The warmth, the conversations, the food, and the beauty of the place made it unforgettable. We can’t wait to visit again.

Best homestay in takdah. Their rooms food view decoration and most importantly their behaviour is very very good.I recommend everyone to visit here.Special mention to the owner who is very polite and helpful.

Very peaceful ambience. View was amazing. Food quality and quantity was very awesome. Rooms were very large and well decorated. The food dishes were very tasty. The flower garden was very beautiful. It is recommended to stay here at least once if possible. The moments we spent here will be cherished by us forever.
