Honestly, this was one of the best homestay experiences I've had. The view of the hills and Kanchenjunga from here is just unmatched. Yuvraj and his family are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel right at home. You also can't miss their home-cooked food, it was absolutely delicious! It is a bit of a walk from the Mall, but that's exactly what gives it such a quiet, peaceful vibe away from all the crowds and noise. Highly recommend staying here!

It truly felt like a "home away from home," and we looked forward to every meal. The room was exceptionally neat, clean, and hygienic. It is one of the best homestays in Darjeeling with top notch facilities as everyone thinks of. Behaviour of the owner and each one of the family members is really appreciating. Home cooked food served by them is also of good quality. You can really keep this homestay in your priority list while considering to visit Darjeeling.

We stayed at Vantage Point Homestay for two days and enjoyed one of the most breathtaking bird’s-eye views of the city from their terrace. Yuraj and his parents were wonderful hosts who took care of our every need with great warmth and hospitality. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, making our stay truly pleasant. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the open terrace — a place where one could easily spend an entire day or night simply sitting, relaxing, and admiring the beautiful “Queen of the Hills” below. Although the homestay is located a little away from Darjeeling’s busy Mall Road, the route is mostly flat and very walkable. My mother, who has arthritis, was still able to comfortably walk to Darjeeling Mall. The Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda are also nearby, and we enjoyed walking there as well. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay in Darjeeling, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded market area, this place is truly an ideal escape.

It was really a great experience at Vantage Point... If you are visiting Darjeeling you should stay there... The view from this place is just fab!!!! 😍😍 And you must try their homemade food.. It is really very good ❤️✨🫠

One of the best homestay-days ever. They are so welcoming, you feel like it's your home in Darjeeling.

We stayed at Vantage homestay for 3 nights. The location of homestay is very very apt. Its slightly away from busy city though not far and hence a very quiet place. The view from rooms during day and night are panoramic and breathtaking. The affection and care of vantage point homestay family is beyond words. Room and washroom was very neat and they served us delicious food. While travelling back to Kerala, on fourth day morning, we were overwhelmed by the feeling like leaving our close ones behind. Vaskor Da, the taxi driver who took us for sight seeing is another great human. Due to our health issues and as per our request, he drove very carefully, slowly and smoothly on different types of terrain and ensured that we are keeping good. He knows English and a well experienced person in Darjeeling. He charted our plans of sightseeing and after the trip we felt that it was perfect. Vantage homestay is a perfect homestay at Darjeeling !!!!!

Beautiful place with best home cooked food. You can see the full himalayn range (kanchenjunga) from bedroom. If the balcony door is opened, cloud will come inside bedroom. The best hospitality, in homestay I've ever experienced. Yuvraj is the host. He's a gem of a person. Aunty, his mom, prepares the awesome tasty food. We had Tibetan bread in breakfast. It's 15 mins walking from mall road and chowrastha. You will find Manoj ji (ask youvraj for his number) for local site seeing. He's a senior and extremely gentleman human being. One place all solutions. One must stay here.

This homestay is a total gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome . The hosts are incredibly cooperative and went out of their way to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The food was a highlight—every meal was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic local flavor and specially Darjeeling tea But the absolute showstopper is the rooftop view; waking up to a clear, breathtaking sight of Mt. Kanchenjunga right from the house was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and stunning scenery!

If you're looking for a good homestay view of kanchanjungha from the bedroom. Food , service, rooms and there behaviour everything was superb. Only negative point which is the homestay is 1 km away from the Darjeeling mall but for this views I'll sacrifice the distance ☺️
