The rooms are decent and the views are excellent. However, the experience is overshadowed by the manager, who is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful toward guests.

I stayed at Aviana Seven Seas to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but the experience was extremely disappointing and honestly ruined what was supposed to be a special anniversary date night. I had booked and planned everything with good expectations, especially considering the overall spend of ₹8,000+ for one night. Unfortunately, the room felt very basic and did not justify the price at all. Better accommodations are easily available nearby for ₹3,000–₹3,500. I paid ₹2,000 for room decoration, which was still acceptable. However, the biggest letdown was the ₹2,500 candlelight dinner, which completely failed to meet expectations. The food options were very limited: • Only two starters • Main course included just chicken, mixed veg, brinjal fry, dal, and papad • Dessert was simply powdered Oreo biscuits, which felt careless and unprofessional This dinner was nowhere close to being worth ₹2,500—at best, it felt like a ₹400–₹500 experience. For a celebration as important as an anniversary, this was deeply disappointing and spoiled the entire evening for both me and my wife. I have already shared this feedback with the hotel team, but I will not be booking this property again. There are genuinely much better hotels in the area offering better rooms, better food, and a far superior experience at a lower price. Final advice: If you are planning to book this hotel, avoid paying ₹4,500 per room or more. At that price point, you will definitely find better and more value-for-money options elsewhere.

Very bad font office staff

Good hotel having spacious rooms. We were in premium room for 3 nights. All staff are well behaved and soft spoken. Food is tasty. Rooms are well cleaned, carpeted. Good view of kanchenjunga from our room. We had very good view of sunset too. However I want to mention that there's no direct approachable road to the hotel, it's in a sublane where cars are not allowed. Secondly we have to climb to second floor for the reception and rooms are from 3rd floor and above. There's no lift. Heater is on chargeable basis. Bathroom doesn't have proper hooks for placing clothes If I have to compare this with their hotel at Gangtok where I stayed, hotel at Gangtok is much better than this in hospitality, food and rooms.

Stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Staff were very polite and helpful, escorted us from the nearby place where we arrived in car. Room was very spacious and had ample space in wardrobes. Though ours was not a kanchenjunga view room, but it had a window that allowed a mountain view and let the sunlight in! Washroom was very clean with all facilities working perfectly. It had a restaurant in 2nd floor where we took our dinner. It might seem slightly expensive but quality was good and the portions were large enough to be shared by two people.
