Here is a clear and firm review you can post: I recently visited Swiss Cottage in Mirik to enquire about their restaurant and room tariff, as it is known to be one of the beautiful stays here. At the entrance, a man (most likely the security guard) initially told me the restaurant kitchen was not operational, and then later said I could go inside. He escorted me to the restaurant area. While I was asking about the room tariff and general details, he started asking personal questions about where I am from. When I told him that I live in Mirik, he continued trying to engage in unnecessary conversation, which made me slightly uncomfortable. As I decided to leave, he offered a handshake. I assumed it was a normal gesture, but he suddenly pulled my hand and attempted to hug me without my consent. This behavior was completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. I had to quickly pull myself away and leave the property immediately. I hope the management of Swiss Cottage takes this matter seriously and ensures proper training and strict conduct guidelines for their staff, especially those interacting with guests. Safety and respectful behavior should be a top priority for any hospitality establishment.

Best Stay Wonderful Location Best ever Concept. Best view and the best peaceful environment. You will love your stay there despite of unsatisfactory service and rooms. But you will definitely love the cottage and the place. Wonderful.
