All staff are too polite and humble and there service is very good..... They have nice room's with good price my stay is too good in this hotel...

Very bad experience. As the staff couldn't answer any query. We cancelled our room three days prior but they refused to give refund. They just gave vague reasons and started yelling at us on the name of booking policies.

Rooms were nice although a little small but for the price it's good. Loved the overall aesthetic and calm setting of this place. However, I wish they came for room cleaning every day on their own. I had to call them, ask them to clear the dustin and get me fresh towels. Could have more options in the breakfast menu. The lift is a bonus here. I gave my shirt for dry cleaning and ironing but they had returned me only after washing it. Excusing these minor things, I appreciate the service of Riya at the reception. Well spoken and helpful. Overall, this place is recommended for solo, women travellers.

Nightmare experience, was force to call cops for help but stopped in between . They remove us from our checked in room just to accomodate other guest.completly unprofessional. Charged almost double 4k + per night inspite of booking in advance more than 30 days ago .we have to face 4 to 6 hrs of chaos in hotel. Wasted 1 day completely .rooms are very small pictures are modified ..most rooms are of 50 to 70 sft only ...suggest not to checkin here . No one tells me that 401 room was available for 1 day - its without my permisson u touched my luggage and moved by leaving cloths back there which I have to request the existing guest to return. at the time of booking you told king size bed - its small bed - and only 60 sft room. you should be transparent while taking booking at double cost . ** We had made clear that if king size bed is there no extra bed is required , But you had given small bed , and i never denied on bed reqirement i told that Will decide on chekin , you told extra bed is always aviablable - Infact in every hotel extra bed is available. You removed us to accomodate group chekin as per your employee . Its advisable to do fair business not cheating . Payment was made to you but becasue of network issue the delay happens of sever . If you guys are not literate enough to read guest its not my problem . You photo of hotels are ambigous - * You written communciation here doesnt align with wsp commucnation at the time of booking , and commucnation inside your own hotel. Before check-in, there was no clear confirmation from your side regarding whether an extra bed was required or not. Repeatedly, no proper response was provided regarding the extra bed requirement, possibly to avoid the additional extra bed charges. However, after check-in, the room requirements and demands were increased. Since a larger room with extra bedding was temporarily available on the first day, we shifted you there for your convenience. It was clearly communicated that the room was available only for one night and that you would need to shift to your originally allotted room the following day. Unfortunately, you refused to shift back. To avoid further inconvenience to you and your family, we arranged accommodation in a nearby hotel as per your preferred room choice. Additionally, we also paid part of the advance amount on your behalf to support the transfer process. We are also disappointed that on the day of checkout, you left the hotel premises without clearing the pending payment. Despite repeated reminders, only half of the room payment for our hotel was finally paid later. We always try our best to support guests and provide solutions even in difficult situations. Posting misleading statements while ignoring the complete sequence of events is unfair to the hotel staff who continuously tried to assist you. Thank you.

Our stay at Singalila Retreat in Darjeeling was truly wonderful. The hotel is excellent in every way—comfortable rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful location. The service was outstanding; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was also exceptional—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend Singalila Retreat to anyone visiting Darjeeling. It is a perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was a very wonderful stay at the hotel and it was very neat and clean and the best hotel we stayed wonderful and marvellous hotel and the food was really too much delicious 😋😋 I would genuinely recccomend this best hotel

Quite cosy and well maintained rooms. Very limited spread of complimentary breakfast as compared to the room tariff. Placed at an uphill location which is difficult to walk. However it is near to Mall road.

Hotel was very bad cheap looking i fell in trap by the name of barsana group. Receptionist was a fraud denied us room, saying room was in maintainance.. when we asked to show the room being maintained, he denied. Was giving room in next hotel at 8th floor without lift. And already hotel was in an elevated place. Very bad service, would not recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We visited with kids and senior citizens, and it was very comfortable for everyone. The hotel has a lift, which made it easy for elders to move around. The rooms are big, clean, and very well maintained. The washroom had all the necessary amenities, which made our stay even more comfortable. The best part of our stay was the food. The taste was absolutely awesome. Every dish was fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. We really enjoyed every meal. We would also like to specially mention the owner. Her behaviour was very polite, friendly, and helpful. She took great care of us and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would love to visit again.

It's located in good location near clock tower Ramada hotel road to upside after hotel white Yak. It was a pleasant stay for 3 nights from 24th Feb to 27th Feb 2026. Everyone must goto the terrace to see the beautiful view of Darjeeling in the morning and night. No balcony but you might choose view room as we booked through goibibo and got the good deal. Staff behaviour is good and room service is also good. You will get bengali Manager Sourav for any room assistance. Bathroom:- geaser, hair dryer and other eminities provided to feel luxurious. Food:- Taste of food is ok you will get veg and non veg both.

We stayed this hotel on 15-18 th February this is the best hotel near darjeeling mall road the distance was only 5 min by waking from room you can see the kanchanjunga mountain and a spectacular views the room was huge. Clean and everything was perfect in the price range also staffs are so helpful if you planning to visit darjeeling without even thinking go for this hotel

I think,it's one best hotel in Darjeeling ,hotel staff is very friendly, service and rooms is beautiful. I talked some hotel staff, one staff name is sandip, now he is very good friend with me .

Truly, a stay to remember .The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Specially the staff member Sandip Biswa was a very good person. His behaviour is awesome.

Overall experience is good, though little overpriced. Service is excellent. Food quality is pretty good.
