Amezing service and resort owner behaviour just wow 😳

One view room,not river side ,bad smell in the room,so we decide to not stay,they take 2 hours for refunding... atlast denied refunding,..It's my personal experience..they take our valuable time also our money Rs 3000....

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience We had pre-booked a specific room and paid an advance of Rs 3,000. However, on arrival, we were informed that the room had been given to another tourist, apparently because we were late ( actually they received a better offer from a family who arrived with out booking), Instead of honouring our booking, we were asked to stay at a different homestay which was far away from the actual site. When we refused this proposal, the man in the picture along with his 'Vaiya' threatened us, we were asked to leave the premises, and our advance payment of Rs 3,000 was not returned. This experience was extremely disappointing and caused us significant inconvenience. I would advise future guests to confirm booking terms carefully and be cautious before paying an advance.

At booking time it was told river side room but actually it was not river side. Booking cancelled but 3000/- denied to refund.

Very good place for stay in low budget and their familiar behaviour is outstanding , food quality is too good . All facilities like clean bathroom, two bed , wifi facility all are available in this place and also it has a rive view from our window

The owner of this property very good and behaviour of staff are also very good good place to visit for family and friends river view is just 2 min from walking distance room are neet and clean 🪥🫧 food also good and taste they provide also bonefir

I have stayed at this homestay . The owner of this homestay : Mousam ji is a amazing person . The rooms are clean and tidy and the services are very prompt . One , who is looking for a peaceful vacation destination with delicious Bengali homely cuisines can definitely give it a try . The serene atmosphere near Joldhaka river makes it more attractive . I shall definitely visit this homestay , again .

Had a wonderful stay at Riverview Homestay. The location was peaceful with beautiful views, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were warm, helpful, and made us feel at home throughout the stay specially yadesh,he really has some good cooking skills and very Frank well behaved too,Foods and hospitality were excellent. A perfect place to relax away from the city rush. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and cozy getaway. Thank you for everything ❤️❤️🙏

We plan a long tour..and we select this homestay for Offbeat stay.. there room was so clean nd hygiene..staff behaviour was so good. Views are so awesome..food are also good.. for two wheeler people their is little bit off-roading .. nothing much..

Nice but the bathroom was not very clean , the toilet paper was very dirty . For location it was told river side view but you have to go down to see the river .
