Lakeview Villa felt like home away from home.The hosts are very friendly and I am grateful for their warmth and great service.It offers a stunning panoramic view of the majestic mountain. Very peaceful and cozy place with delicious home-cooked meals. Highly recommended.

Our family along with our dog had stayed here for just one day but honestly speaking..it didn't even feel like we were not in our home because Shyam uncle and his wife were making us feel just like our home. They cooked every meal with their own hands and even used their garden grown veggies and the food was good. Really recommend 👍🏻

One should for atleast once stay in their homestay. Their food and hosting is more than anything you will ask as a tourist. Also you will explore more surprising things like their garden vegetables, home made Schezwan and many more.

Recently I visited Mirik with my family and book this homestay in very last moment but the host Mr Shashank was very cooperative & helping in nature. He managed our booking very well . Only thing I would like to request host to keep room price little bit budget friendly.. If anybody stays here they will feel how well a host can treat their visitors. Environment of homestay was very healthy and friendly . Food was also very delicious . They also arranged vehicle for sightseeing.. Mirik Monastery is at walking distance....Overall very nice stay & feels like home..

We stayed here for four days, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Uncle and Auntie are incredibly sweet and take care of you like their own children. Uncle has a fantastic collection of vinyl records and even gave us a short tour of his vintage collection—it was such a treat! The food was delicious. We had the chance to explore the local cuisine and try some homemade wine as well. The dinner experience was cozy, homely, and very personal. Auntie even prepared special meals for my dog, Coco, and he absolutely loved it. They also allowed us to park our car here for a few days while we visited Darjeeling, which was really convenient. This homestay is the perfect place to stay in Mirik. Do note that the approach road is a bit steep, so if you’re driving yourself, some hill driving experience will be helpful. Located just five minutes walk from Mirik Lake, it was super easy for us to explore the main attractions and nearby cafés. I would definitely love to visit again for such a cozy and wonderful experience.

We had a truly heartwarming experience at this lovely homestay. The hospitality from the host uncle and aunty was unmatchable — they welcomed us like family and made us feel right at home. The food prepared by aunty was simply amazing. Their care and attention to detail created a peaceful, homely vibe that’s hard to find elsewhere. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. Homestay owner uncle and aunty bahut achhe hai. Ekadam Ghar jaisa feel hai is homestay mein. Food bahut bahut achcha hai.. Aur uncle aur aunty ka behaviour Aisa behaviour Maine Aaj Tak Kisi homeatay mein nahin dekha bahut acche Hain donon. Lekh se thoda dur hai lekin balkoni se view bahut achcha aata Hai. Location ke hisab se Thoda sa expensive hai lekin overall badhiya homestay..❤️❤️

I visited this homestay in Feb 2025 with my wife, 1 year old daughter and my parents. The rooms were good and the amenities were also good. However what won our heart was the hospitality that we received since the moment we reached. They made us feel like home and made sure that we did not face the slightest of inconvenience. The food was just awesome and also homely. The owner and his family were very friendly, helpful and sweet. It is highly recommended by me for those who want to experience some homely feelings in Mirik.

Hello We planned our trip to Mirik quite quick as it was a weekend plan. So we booked the homestay Lakeview Villa just the day before. We took 2 rooms. The rooms are cozy and well-lit. The sitting area is spacious. The food is made by Aunty so it was very tasty and homely. The point that won our hearts was the hospitality by Uncle and Sasank. They made our stay homely. As we went their with our 13 months daughter, they made special provisions for her. They are really sweet people. Our daughter even got her first khada from them. So we left with many memories. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Do book this homestay whenever you visit Mirik.

A home is not just about the four walls but more about the humans residing in there. Welcome to Lake View Villa, the warmest homestay in Mirik. Uncle, aunty, Shashank and Shruti are the warmest hosts I have ever met especially uncle and aunty. Aunty made the most delicious momos, snack and dinner for ua. Never in my life I thought I would crave for squash! She is a MasterChef! They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our floor was so well maintained and has the prettiest view of the lake and the mountains. We were also greeted by the Mighty K in the morning. Uncle took us around the monastery with such diligence. It was one of the most wholesome stays we had in North Bengal. A must visit and I would recommend this place mostly during fall or winter as it's getting hot due to global warming.
