The place is a fraud as they cheated us. They doesn't, t allow children and only couples are allowed. They forced us to make our children sleep in car as they will not give any room for children. Even we booked only for children the manager was so rude. Prefer not to go.

Very worst service….. dirty room…. Staff behaviour just horrible….don’t care service…. Don’t even try to stay this haunted hotel

This is 3 floor hotel, i got the top floor. Though there is 1 more floor but I think that's for some other usage. This is an old hotel, location is good near to the Darjeeling railway station and you can also walk to the mall road as well. Breakfast will have puri alloo, with bread butter/jam. Due to shortage of staff, 2-3 employees were doing every work so expect a delay in services. Also to note Darjeeling have shortage of water hence water comes from tankers.

Nice accessable n staff r good, food u have to guide as per your taste because these people eat very less salt n spicy, we told the cook he prepared good tastey curry

Fresh and delicious food has been served and also excellent experiences with your staff members. Your hotel as well as rooms of your hotel are very neat and clean. It was wonderful experience to me as well as my family members. It is very remarkable moment to me.

Good small cozy room but service pathetic staff not ready to work and give service. In food if we demand it's denied it's not available in complimentary availability but if u order u can get it by paying for it. First they say no to every request. Location is very traffic jam area and toy train pollution area toy train pollutes the area like any thing even in megacity of Gujarat we can breath easily but in darjeeling hotel main area difficult to breath.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Cloudhaus Hotel! The hospitality here is exceptional—the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Another major highlight was the food. Every meal we had was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Combining great service with amazing food made our trip so much better. Highly recommended
