One of the worst hotel rooms the washrooms are very an clean , the types of the washroom are mostly broken , 😞 it does not clean the room properly before entering even the bed sheets were a bit dirty ... But there is a positive part the food was good and the location was also good 👍

The best part of this homestay is definitely the location and the beautiful views from the rooms. All the rooms are view rooms and the surrounding atmosphere is very peaceful. There is also a waterfall nearby at around 30 minutes walking distance. The road is a little steep, so it gives a nice trekking experience. However, apart from the location and view, the overall stay was average. The rooms were not very neat and clean, and the washroom fittings were not maintained properly. Some taps were broken and the geyser was very small. We had to wait multiple times for hot water while taking a bath. The food quality was okay, but the quantity served felt less. We had to ask again and again for extra serving, which was a little uncomfortable. We tried the barbeque as well, and that part was enjoyable. Overall, the homestay has a great location and amazing views, but the rooms and food service need improvement.

I want to go again, it's so beautiful..., the beautiful view of sunrise in the morning from your bedroom window and the view of sunset in the afternoon will take your mind away like mine did! You should go trekking around the place, there are very beautiful water falls in front, and the name of the one who cannot be mentioned is Mr. Vikas sir, he is the owner of that place, very good behavior, you will not feel that you have come to visit or Vikas ji is the owner of your hotel, such good behavior, you will feel like you are in your own home, and the behavior of the cooking sisters there is very good, a place to chat with many stories and relax, the dishes are very homely, very tasty basically me and my family all liked it very much.❤️

However, my recent experience at this property near Darjeeling was so appalling that I feel an obligation to warn other travelers. Right from the moment I stepped in, the condition of the rooms was utterly unacceptable. Water poured in from the ceiling, soaking the floors to the point of flooding in certain areas. Even more outrageous was the complete lack of running water in the bathrooms—a basic necessity that was entirely missing. Cleanliness was ignored completely: filthy bedsheets, unhygienic toilets, and an abandoned, shabby atmosphere made it impossible to relax or find any comfort. The dining experience was equally dreadful. The eating area itself was dirty and unpleasant, while the food served was not just oily, but also unhygienic and far below any reasonable standard. Any attempt to address these issues with the hosts was met with open hostility, arrogance, and rudeness; we were made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience during our entire stay. It boasts a 4.7-star rating and more than 600 reviews—figures that are completely divorced from reality. This blatant discrepancy calls into question the integrity and authenticity of these ratings. Darjeeling offers many authentic alternatives where you will be treated with respect and genuine care—this is certainly not one of them. Bad experience

One of the Worst Homestays I've ever stayed. Owner doesn't live there managed by a Bengali Man. Owner doesn't even pick up call after Bad services. Extremely Dirty Bed Rags . Rat excreta were there on the Bed. Water leaks from everywhere and whole common area bathroom becomes unusable when they fill water tank, which gets empty as soon as pipeline is stopped. We somehow spend the night and get going next morning. Save your vacation and avoid this homestay. It's horrible. Good reviews are probably Paid reviews .
