"We had a wonderful 3-night stay here. The host family was extremely warm, polite, and gave us great tips for local sightseeing. The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely view, and the home-cooked meals tasted fresh and delicious. It truly felt like living with family. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Blooming Hills Homestay, Kalimpong. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by breathtaking mountains and nature, this is the perfect place. The serene atmosphere, fresh mountain air, and stunning panoramic views made every moment special. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the hills. Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Blooming Hills Homestay to anyone who wants to escape the busy city life and spend quality time in a calm, scenic mountain environment. I would definitely love to visit again!

Firstly kankebong is an offbit place which will mesmerize you if you are a true nature and mountain lover. in midst, Blooming hills is a home stay in the clouds for real!! it is situated on the ridge of a hill from where you can see 270 degrees of mountains, view of kalimpong, the reli river and the gorge and the Kanchenjunga from veranda of every room!! Even from the bed itself you open your eyes in the morning and sunshine will wave you from the blazing golden kanchenjunga summit!!. If you dont believe how beautiful Blooming hills is , see my pics and it might blow your mind how even it is built on this edge of the hills!! Along with that we enjoyed the food, the staffs, the owner and galore of warm coffee from the homestay kitchen and the puppies jumping around!!. Cannt wait to return there :-)

In Kankebong, this is a top-notch homestay. I stayed here with my family last two days. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, large rooms with balcony . The staff were very professional, dedicated and cooperative. Fresh and delicious food was served. The homestay is highly recommended.

Awesome place to visit.

A review long overdue. We, a bunch of 5 friends / colleagues visited Manas’s property around mid Feb-26. We got to know about the place out of word of mouth publicity and booked it for 5 days / 4 nights (and glad we did). We arrived at NJP station via Vande Bharat from Howrah and Manas had booked us a taxi to drive us to the homestay in a very comfortable Ertiga. We arrived at the property late afternoon where we were warmly welcomed by Manas, David (the caretaker) and others. Right from picking up our luggage to getting us unlimited Tea, Coffee and snacks all through our stay, their hospitality was unparalleled. We had a great stay, away from the hustle bustle of the city in a very cozy and well-planned property. I enjoyed my daily morning and evening walks to the small town down the hills where there are couple of shops with very welcoming people ready to serve you Tea, Coffee, Omelettes, Maggie and anything else they have in stock. The food at the homestay was excellent, we tried varied cuisines (local Boroli fish, Chinese, Bengali), local drinks and also had great evenings with Barbeque. Thank you, Manas and team (David, his wife, son, Mama and others whose name I might have missed out) for the wonderful stay. I look forward to visiting you again (and again!).

Blooming Hills is a perfect place to unwind in the quiet surroundings of Kanke Bong. The rooms are neat, cozy, and well equipped with geysers, attached bathrooms, and round-the-clock water supply. Some rooms are duplex, adding more comfort and a unique layout. The Kanchenjunga-view balconies were the highlight — peaceful mornings with misty mountains made the stay truly memorable. If I have time, I would definitely love to visit again for another relaxing nature break!
