This is the worst most homestay experience we had. I went there with my wife and little daughter. There is proper service at all, food was worst, as we say it's not good, reply was yu can cook your own food. We booked the stay with food, and the worst most welcome got. They even told, if you are going out, have your lunch / dinner outside, so terrific. I won't recommend at all. I have had stayed in many homestays and this is the worst. No sense at all. Waste of money.

Worst experience in Mirik during my north bengal trip just because of pradhan homestay in Mirik. I heard that all hill people are very nice, honest and hospitable and we experienced that in Sittong & Dawaipani..but exactly opposite in pradhan homestay. The room that was shown to us during whatsapp booking was not provided to us. Even after reconfirming they allotted us a different room. The room was dirty,full of insects,bathroom was dirty with a bird nest with baby birds and bird poop. Birds are coming and going in the bathroom through the ventilator and many more. Think 10 times before you deal with this homestay.

Really good scenery of the lake. The environment is very quiet and fun. The host organised DJ Night and karaoke in the night. The food was great....

I travelled to Mirik 1st time recently i.e. in the month of May 2026 with my wife and 2 year old child and stayed at Pradhan Homestay. This homestay is beautifully located near to the mirik lake. Homestay owner Babita ji and a little girl named Shivani was very friendly with us and very caring specially to our child... Every person at the homestay were well behaved and very well mannered. They treated us like a family and made us feel as we are at home away from home... This homestay is best for parents of babies because they were always ready to help the parents and the child by cooking spiceless baby friendly homade food.. Foods were tasty, homely and served hot everytime ... We as parents enjoyed a lot... Their was a lawn in front of our room at which babies can play around the day... We booked one room for two days alongwith 4 times food... Rooms were spacious, clean with attached washroom and balcony , two beds were provided, Electric kettle, Wi-fi, Geyser available, view was good.... Definately recommended for parents of child...
