I recently visited this home stay and I must say that I made a wonderful choice by doing this. The owner of this home stay is very humble, hospitable and decent. She offered me a very good & strong black coffee multiple times without charging extra for it. Also, they serve highly delicious Bengali food in brass utensils. My lunch also included fresh ghee and alu posto, dal, eggs and salad. At night there was chicken and chapathis. You can ask for more chicken easily. I went during monsoon and usually there’s a lot of rain during this time. If you’re a lover of tranquility and no disturbance and chaos, you must visit this place as this is surrounded by forest. You can take a casual stroll nearby as the surroundings are very peaceful. I travelled solo and if you’re a solo traveller or travelling with family, I assure that you’ll love this place and especially the the owner. I felt like home as the owner is very soft spoken and does every possible thing to make her guests comfortable.
P.S. - This is the oldest home stay of North Bengal, according to the information.

রয়েল হোমস্টে খুব সুন্দর জায়গা, এক কথায় অসাধারণ। খাওয়া দাওয়া যত্ন সহকারে নিজের মতন ভাবে করে। ব্যবহার সত্যি কোনো কথা হবে না খুব সুন্দর ব্যবহার।
অনেক সুন্দর জায়গা, এখানে এসে কমলালেবু বাগান দেখে মনটা জুড়িয়ে গেল। এদের সার্ভিস অনেক ভালো। খাবার-দাবার অনেক সুন্দর। ব্যবহার অনেক ভালো
