My first trip to Pedong became even more memorable because of this wonderful homestay. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent service throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the delicious home-style food, prepared with great care and quality. It truly felt like a home away from home.
If you're planning a visit to Pedong, I would highly recommend staying here for a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming experience. Looking forward to visiting again!✨
Professionally I am a taxi..cab driver from Darjeeling....when I reached the homestay with my guests...all the staffs were welcome us and they are all have treated good to us.They are friendly,caring and helpful persons.The homestay was awesome which was situated just near the Pedong ground where all the beauty of Nature has been seen from the balcony of homestay.They treated us well and they talk so polite to us... great 👍 job brothers.
The people are so friendly and helpful the quality of food is on top best service best food best view if weather is clean. Must visit!!
Very good homestay. Best place to chill with family and friends. Amazing view available. If lucky kanchenjunga could also be seen from here. Most importantly the food here is very good. Simple authentic home like food . All over nice place with amazing room service and great view.
A perfect place to relax. The host made us feel at home and helped us with everything. Would love to visit again

Mapplewood Homestay is truly beautiful. The food here is simply amazing — I never imagined I’d get such delicious meals in the hills. The brother and sister who run the place are genuinely wonderful people. In one word, everything here is just perfect.
Management and their services is very slow. And his owner's behaviour is very rude...
Their behavior is very bad, they only talk in their mouths but we had to adjust while providing service. The quality of food and service is not very good for the money. They did not fulfill any of the promises they made while booking.….
ভারতবর্ষের বিভিন্ন জায়গায় ভ্রমনের অভিজ্ঞতা ও বিভিন্ন হোটেল ও হোমস্টে তে থাকার অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে বলি, এই MAPLEWOOD HOMESTAY 🏠 টি আমাদের মত মধ্যবিত্ত পরিবারের জন্য একদম উপযুক্ত। খাওয়া-দাওয়া ও এই হোমস্টের সকলের ব্যবহার খুব #খুবই ভালো। বিভিন্ন হোমস্টে তে দুদিন থাকলে যেন বোরিং হয়ে যেতে হয়, কিন্তু এখানে দুদিন থাকলেও নিজের মতো মনে। ইস্ট সিকিমের দিকে ভ্রমণের পরিকল্পনা করলে এখানে একটা দিন কাটিয়ে যান আশা করি ভালো লাগবেই।
