AARI INN Homestay, Sikroute Aritar Sikkim

Some people are unforgettable. Thendup Uncle and his family are one of them. It is a late review, as we visited the place almost three months ago. But the time spent with them is equally bright to date. My wife and I stayed with them for four nights like a family. They were so welcoming, along with their amazingly prepared food. Especially, his younger son is a very good cook. They have a tranquil environment, their own farming, humble hospitality, and a sincere touch in everything. We will certainly visit them in future to spend some melancholic nights.

Outstanding service you must stay.

Excellent in all respects. Rooms are spacious. Surroundings highly natural, surrounded by beautiful flowers and best stay for peace lovers away from hustle and bustle of city life. Behaviour of the host family members marvelous and excellent, extremely decent and sobre. Highly reasonable rates for any type of food item. We stayed here for 5 days, will again come in future for the peaceful stay as well as good food.

Its was a very good experience!

We visited on Ari inn in Aritar on our first day in Sikkim. The family of 3 Father Mother & Son welcomed us whole heartedly & we received great hospitality from them. Unfortunately we got a very short span to stay with them only for a night, we reached late at night & left next day & had to go to our next destination. I wish we could have stayed longer there. Their homemade warm food is so delicious. The house lady is also a proud mom of an AIIMS medical student. I wish good luck, good health & blessings for them.

Located in a serene offbeat place yet conveniently situated right by the roadside, it offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. One of the best features is that there is no need to step up by walking, making it very easy to access with luggage. The homestay is nestled in a charming village area with a very pleasant atmosphere. Here is what stood out during our visit: They serve incredible organic harvested food sourced directly from the homeland located at the backside of the building. The dining area is not overly decorative or like a typical Bengali family setup. Instead, it is setup as Bhutanese style, providing a unique cultural touch while remaining very clean. The experience is truly dine in like home, with a clean dining area that feels personal and welcoming. We were served a special milk-made recipe which I tried for the first time; it was absolutely delicious and a highlight of our meals. While the washroom has no bathtub or jacuzzi, it is equipped with a geyser and is kept very clean, which we greatly appreciated. We discovered this wonderful property through makemytrip and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic, fuss-free stay in nature.

Best homestay with the best onwers! It was lovely, felt like home. Amazing food, amazing rooms, clean washroom, outstanding mountain views and misty environment. The food was cherry on top! A must visit.
