Good place

Not at all recommended. Dirty Rooms, smelly curtains, blankets and bed sheets. It is totally a overhyped place because of reels and YouTube promotions. Don't expect or judge by seeing videos and photos online. It has become local hotel, Homestay can never have this kind of services. Food is also average. Basically they are charging you because of there location and view (just next to river). You can get access to river without having any room booking here. Also there is No control of the owner or staff on the crowd/guest.

The location and surroundings of Rongo River Valley are quite pleasant and peaceful, but there are several areas that need improvement. The bedsheets and blankets had an unpleasant smell, which affected our comfort during the stay. The room also felt damp and had a musty odor. Lighting inside the room was insufficient, making it feel dark, especially in the evening. The tea and food were average and did not meet our expectations considering the overall experience. While the property has potential due to its scenic location, better room maintenance, cleanliness, and improvements in food quality would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Everything is fine. But leeches everywhere. Its a horrible experience. I recommend don’t go with toddlers.

একমাত্র ভালো জিনিস স্টাফদের ব্যবহার আর রঙ্গ নদীর অপরূপ সৌন্দর্য ও অনবরত বয়ে চলা নদীর জলের সাউন্ড যা আপনাকে অনেক শান্তি দিবে। তাই 2 star রেটিং দিলাম। আর বাদবাকি 3 star দিতে পারলাম না কারণ, 1. রুমের বাথরুম ভীষণই নোংরা ছিলো। ফ্ল্যাস কাজ করছিলো না। দুর্গন্ধ আসছিলো। 2. একটা রুমে 4 জনের জন্য দিয়েছিলো। কিন্তু রুমটা ভীষণই ছোটো ছিলো। আর বেডগুলো দৈর্ঘ্য আর প্রস্থে ছোটো ছিলো। 2 জন একটা বেডে থাকা ভীষণই কষ্টকর। 3. এনাদের পার্কিং area তে কোনো শেড নেই। ফলে যারা বাইক নিয়ে আসবেন তাঁদের জন্য এটা ভীষণই চিন্তার বিষয়। কারন বৃষ্টিতে আপনার বাইক অনবরত ভিজবে। আর পার্কিং area ও homestay থেকে অনেকটা দূরে। ফলে একটা safety isue তো থাকেই। *Food average অন্যান্য homestay গুলোর মতোই। *Price 1400 per person, location wise price justified but এই price অনুযায়ী room condition আরো ভালো হওয়া উচিত ছিলো।

Most beautiful, calm , peaceful nature fully surrounded by greenery ❤️ if you want peace and quality time with your family friends or partners i personally highly recommend you guys with the reasonable price❤️

Best view of Rongo

Very fantastic place and the best part about it is the river flowing literally right beside your room. At night you can literally hear the sound of the river. Very aesthetic, very pinteresty

Wonder ful Place Good Hospitality.There Behaviour so good & food also

Location wise extremely good. Last 50 meters road to reach the homestay has quite steep broken stairs. Rooms are good. However mattresses are very hard. Service can be improved. Behaviour of the entire family is very cordial. Love for Abhiskar.❤️

It was an lifetime experience and had an amazing holiday with friends,celebrated my birthday with all the borders,owners and it was an amazing stay.

Only the behaviour of the homestay owner was good, otherwise it's a Overhyped place completely. They just do promotion in YouTube by giving the vloggers extra facilities so well to attract tourists. The bed has very bad smell. In YouTube so many foods and much more quantity they serve to the vloggers, but in actual, they provide very less quantity foods. Items are also very less. And most importantly, if anyone still want to try this bad experience, make sure to make them write a proper reply of tarriff in your WhatsApp. We suffered, Because they tell you one price of car over phone and the driver will charge more after dropping you.

Honestly great place! The host's were kind and polite and great people to hang around with as well!! Took a dip in the river (they have a private area) and was a very cool experience (be a bit careful in the river and ask which spots are safe vs not, in detail). Great place, fun memories. Hosts were totally accomodating and my experience with them was good 🙂. Cool stuff 👍. Heck, they even set up a karaoke at night for us!! So we could sing along to music! Definitely worth the experience! Try it!

Nestled deep in nature, the entire setting—misty hills, light rain, and dense fog—was simply magical during our stay. The hosts were genuinely kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. The rooms were clean and cozy, quite good for such an offbeat place. The only issue was the washroom door, which could definitely use some fixing. One of the highlights was bathing in the nearby river—crystal clear and freezing cold, but so refreshing! We also went on a small hike, which offered beautiful views and made us feel truly connected to nature. A heads-up for future visitors: the road to the homestay is rough and off-roading, so plan your vehicle accordingly. But once you arrive, the experience is totally worth it. If you're looking for calm, raw natural beauty, and warm village hospitality, this place is a gem. Highly recommended for nature lovers, friend groups, or anyone seeking a soulful break.

After reviewing so much positive review I was also willing to have the same experience but I was very disappointed. The room was damp,full of bad smell, after asking for room freshner they didn't provide that. The food was not good, no one in our group liked the food the tea was worst also. No doubt the location was good the cold water of the stream was refreshing but I am not going there again nor I am going to recommend any one to go there. And at last for the owner I just wanted to say please make your services better that in future no one experience the same what I experienced.

No doubt homestay location is good but rooms , blankets are very dirty , Dam smell came out from the room. no room freshener provided on request . Even they could not make a simple good tea , taste was pathetic . ( Not recommended to stay here ) . “ This is hard request to owner please upgrade your quality of room and food “ . And never tell us that no one guest are complaining about that except we. We didn't come to stay at your homestay for half the price, so we have right to complain.
