Behavior of staffs are bad..no room service for extra days..1.50 km from mall road..

Only Plus point is its near to Mall Road but Cooking staff is not cordial rooms are congested, and not suitable for Veg persons, covered with foul smell.

"I am currently staying at Hotel Sonalimegh in Darjeeling. I've had a very bad experience, including issues with rude staff and no water supply throughout the night. This has been extremely inconvenient, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I strongly suggest you stop listing this hotel, as continuing to promote it will negatively impact your own rating.

The environment here is excellent, especially Sonali Madam and her staff, who are very polite and helpful. The food is amazing—words are not enough to describe how delicious it is. Everything is wonderful overall. The rooms are also very beautiful and comfortable. Moreover, they helped us a lot during our visit and arrival. Truly, it was a great experience. Highly recommended

初めてダージリンを訪れました。 電車が遅れてしまい途中からメールを入れましたがとても心配してくれていました。 到着後も夕食の心配をしていただいたりとてもホスピタリティを感じました。 駅から徒歩10分くらいのとても静かな環境でとてもオススメです。 ダージリンを訪れた際にはまた泊まりたいです。
