Paresh Sawant hemangi sawant|It was very superb experience and speacialy the one who treated us like a special guest is shine didi , she is so sweet,and lalan bhaiya he is so helpful . But the food service was slow but we can understand that .

Excellent Hospitality and service the food was excellent prepared by chef kamal , the restaurant staff Aditya, shine , Pratima , lalan and Sagar all were very helpful and attentive made an extra effort to make our experience memorable. The staff at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful thank you I appreciate your hospitality and kindness. Bathrooms need exhaust fans and rooms need a lift . We saw the K2 and that truly was amazing. Thank you.

No WiFi available in room, disturbed at night by barking dogs and pigeons, inedible food, room not cleaned as we were not told to leave key at reception. Would not stay again nor recommend

Had an amazing experience in Sterling Kalimpong .They managed bonfire for us ,decorated the hotel and also live music was organised..Overall had so much fn will definitely visit again.. Especially Rachel was very helpful..Thankyou this memories
