Currently staying in brick House... But cannot stop writing review First of all it is fantabulous experience if I describe it in phase but I want to add more 1. Location- 10/10 2. Service- 10/10 all the staff are very friendly specially talking about Ranit this guy is an absolute gem 3. Rooms- very neat and clean and well maintained 4. Food - top notch it's an perfect combination of taste and Quality 5. Additional information - very much child friendly, top class view of "7 treasure of snow", fantastic environment, perfect for any kind of trip , any age group. In a sentence It's a Gem which gives us a feeling - " A Home far away from home " Very well connected to main city too - Mesmerizing experience, highly recommend

Brick House Stay Kalimpong = 10/10. Mahadev Chhetri and team are the reason we’ll come back. Clean rooms, comfy stay, killer food, and the kind of hospitality you don’t find often. Staff behaviour was excellent - courteous and smiling always. Felt safe, relaxed, and looked after.

The Brick House Stay is located at a nice place. Perhaps it is top most place of beautiful Kalimpong. We stayed for one night of 17th May 2026. The owner of the Home Stay named Sri Mahadeb Chetri is a very nice person. We are very much satisfied towards staying in the beautiful Home Stay. 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

A GENUINE HOME IN THE HILLS I spent 3 days at Brick House Stay in Kalimpong and it ended up being a wonderful experience of my life. If you want a hotel-like experience, this isn’t it. If you want to feel like you’re staying at Home with family in the hills, you’ll love it here. On a quiet serene and tranquil slope that offers full Kanchenjunga views from the balcony on clear mornings. The rooms are spotless, with thick blankets, hot water 24/7, and big windows that let in tons of light. TV with excellent WiFi coverage in the rooms. THE HOST: This is where Brick House Stay really shines. The family running it treats you like you’ve known them for years. They will sit down to chat if you want company. They arranged all local siteseeing for us instantly when we asked, and gave better sightseeing tips than any blog I read. My 4 years old daughter loved them and they also loved her and treated her like their own. All home-cooked and incredible. Breakfast of aloo paratha and curd hit different at 5000 ft. Far enough from Kalimpong town to be peaceful, but close enough that a shared taxi is ₹30 - ₹50 and 12 minutes. You can walk to Morgan House and Durpin Monastery in 20–25 mins. Nights are dead silent except for crickets and wind. For the price charged per night with all meals, it’s unbeatable value if you want authentic Kalimpong and don’t need room service. I left with a full stomach, great photos, and an invite to come back always. I’d rebook in a heartbeat any time I get the scope. I left the place with tons of good memories and love.

All home-cooked Foods are incredible. This homestay is Kids Friendly. My 4 year old daughter loved this place. They have a small Park and a big terrace. The host Mahadev ji is great person. He feels us like family member. Good Experience from everyday hectic schedule.

Hello This is Pintoo Peter from Navi Mumbai I would like to share my experience at brick house kalimpong Darjeeling, we were 5 Days there with them and I love to share that from very first day to last day of our journey it was awesome and amazing time we all had with these guys we feel like a Home at there place Personally Mr Mahadev chettri and his family They all are amazing and wonderful people and there Room service was Great, Food was too good home cooked Food, All together we had ball of time I personally recommended to all of you too visit and experience the same what we all had..God Bless

A very beautiful and peaceful place. No one will find fault with Mahadev dada's behavior, care, or arrangements. Everyone's behavior is very good. Those who are thinking of going, please feel free to visit.

Best stay in kalimpong, thanks to mahadeb ji, just like another home in kalimpong.

We stayed at Brick House Homestay in Kalimpong for 2 days, and it turned out to be one of those trips you don’t forget easily. The place is located just outside the city, surrounded by nature and complete calm. Every morning started with birds chirping, and when we saw the view of Kanchenjunga right from our room, it was simply magical. One of my favorite moments was in the evening when my family and I went for a peaceful walk around the area. Later, we spent a lot of time sitting on their upper deck, sipping a hot cup of tea and just soaking in the stunning view of Kanchenjunga. Those quiet moments were truly special. The food was delicious, but I have to specially mention their bhindi sabji, it was easily my favorite! Simple, homely, and full of flavor. What really made the experience even better was the warmth of Mahadev Ji (the owner) and his family. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it’s totally value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kalimpong. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon 😊

Very good location.

The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. All amenities including hot bag were present in the Room. The owner Mahadev Da is one of the nicest homestay owners I have ever met. The Manager Ronit is a great cook. They make different variety of vegetables as per our likings. One can get best quality tea and coffee in this homestay. The homestay is truly a home away from home.We would love to visit again and again. One a clear day the entire Kanchanjunga range is visible. Moreover they have a dedicated Kid's zone and Barbeque zone. The Kalimpong town is 7 minutes drive and one can get ample cab to reach there. We had the best time over there.
