One of the best homestays in Kafergaon surrounded by dense forests. It is located about 2 km downhill from Buddha Park. I visited with family during this rainy season and had a pleasant one night stay. The food was excellent and one of the highlights of the trip. However, the housekeeping service needs improvement.The rooms initially alloted was not good enough and later on changed to a duplex cottage.The rooms had spiders and were quite dusty, which affected the overall experience.No wifi available in this homestay. I would love to come back in winter to witness the breathtaking view of the Kanchenjunga peak.

Clean, beautiful rooms. Food is outstanding, especially the chicken curry. The milk tea is life affirming. Nestled in a peaceful spot with greenery and clouds all around. Perfect for a staycation. Easily accessible from Lava, Lolaygaon, Dabling and Charkhole.

We stayed at Kaffer Homestay for one night and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated, blending perfectly with nature. Sunil Ji is an exceptionally warm and welcoming host who made us feel right at home. A special thanks to Sandip for his care and hospitality throughout our stay. The food was simple, homely, and delicious. The genuine warmth, peaceful atmosphere, and authentic local experience made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we would love to visit again!

There wasn't any welcome process even we've to find recipient for entry procedure. Room service bhi achhi nhi hai. Staff behaviour achha nehi hai, khana accha nhi tha, rice over cooked tha, food quantity limited hai ...Sevice not up to the mark it's poor. Baki maine 3star sirf clean room achha bed n awesome view k liye de rhi hu. Mera 3rd floor tha isliye bohut achhi view enjoy karke ayi hu. Overall disappointed with our stay but not with the view.

Property welcome facility very bad due to road close they pickup us on pickup van. There wasn't any welcome process even we've to find recipient for entry procedure. Sevice not up to the mark it's everage. We've to wait more then 1 hr for drop to our car. Overall disappointed with our stay.
