We stayed here for two days and trust me it felt like home. If you have plans to stay at Tinchuley i would definitely recommend this place. Uncle and aunty are super friendly, we had absolutely no problem with anything. The usual problems like getting extra pillow, towel etc. there were none. But yes light blankets are unavailable if you can't sleep without those do carry one. The food aunty makes is absolutely 10/10 and you can even make requests. And the view omg, it's mesmerizing. Overall the experience was 10/10. Do visit them!!

The homestay is very beautiful. It has so many facilities. A neat and clean homestay. Also you can enjoy mountain, Kanchanjunga view from there. Their rooms are tidy. They are great host. Morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner are included. Their are many viewpoints nearby. Overall great experience. If you want to experience peaceful time in hill you can definitely stay there.

I have recently stayed at Binita Homestay from 06.11.2025 to 07.11.2025 along with my family. We were 7 persons and my 3.5 years child. The experience we had here is the worst. Homestay owner's behaviour is bad & rough. And his wife's behaviour is more bad. When we reached there, they served us food which was very less in quantity compared to the money per head they have taken. Food quality, cooking quality are also stupid. Rooms quality fine but no night lamps. My child was not given food initially, but later upon request they served & charged additional which was initially mentioned as free for children below 4 years. At night, they served chicken for 7 persons which was actually for 4 persons. When we asked for extra chicken, they rudely behaved with us. They charge Rs. 1300/- per head per day including fooding and lodging which was only Rs. 100/- less than Bisesh Homestay Sittong where we stayed before here. And if you compare food quality & quantity with Bisesh Homestay Sittong, then one can easily calculate that the per head cost here should not be more than Rs. 900/- per head per day. Actually these guys are making huge profit, so lastly I request everyone not to stay here when you visit Tinchuley. Please, please, please, I beg everyone not to stay at Binita Homestay. You will repent if you stay here, I am warning everyone, rest depends on you guys. And if possible I would have given less than 0 stars as rating, but that is not possible. So, again I request everyone not to stay here, you may choose Noryang Homestay, which is far better than this and also closer to Gumbadhara View Point & tea shop. I hope everyone understands the actual situation of Binita Homestay, thanks.
