We had the absolute pleasure of having Amit and his cousin as our organizers and guides for our journey through Darjeeling and during our Sandakphu trek in Singalila National Park. From the beginning to the very end, their professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm shaped our trip into an experience that our entire group will always remember. Amit’s planning and organization were truly top class. Every aspect of the trip was carefully arranged with attention to comfort and convenience. Once we began trekking, his cheerful and high energy personality became a major source of motivation. He is naturally outgoing and positive, and that attitude kept us encouraged even during the more challenging parts of the trail. Our group included trekkers who walked at very different paces. Amit managed this effortlessly and made sure each person felt supported. No one felt pressured or left behind, and he showed a remarkable sense of patience and understanding while guiding everyone safely and comfortably. Amit also possesses exceptional local knowledge. Throughout the journey, he shared fascinating information about local culture, regional history, wildlife, viewpoints, and the everyday life of the hills. His stories felt heartfelt, allowing us to appreciate the region in a much deeper way. He also told us about his farm in Teesta Valley, and I am already excited to visit it in the future. It is inspiring to meet someone who is passionate about his home, his land, and his work. I wish Amit every success for his tour company and all his future adventures. If you are planning to explore the Darjeeling region or the Sandakphu route, I strongly recommend choosing him as your guide!

If I have to choose the world best guide for a Himalayan trek ,it would surely be Ameeth! The trip was for four days but he gave us memories to hold on forever . Since the first we met him , he made us so comfortable that we turned to he a family in no time. His patience and empathy was admirable and got us through challenging bits of journey. His passion for history and storytelling kept us from having even a single moment of boredom. I highly recommend Ameeth Bhaiya if your dream is to conquer mountains through treks while enjoying every bit of it .

I'm not someone who writes reviews but this one deserved an exception. Amit bhaiya treated us like family from day one not just as a guide, but as someone who genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. His elder cousin Raja bhaiya was with us too, and that combination of warmth and quiet strength made the entire trek feel effortless. Darjeeling is beautiful. These two make it unforgettable. Must go Sandakphu Trek with Amit Bhaiya

I try to squeeze in two treks a year, but this one was unlike anything I've experienced before and the reason has a name: Amit bhaiya. Over 4–5 days at altitude, what began as a guide-trekker relationship quietly turned into something that felt like brotherhood. Amit bhaiya carried food for the entire group without being asked, without any fuss because that's simply who he is. I have several dietary restrictions, and even at 3,600 metres, where most people are just trying to survive the altitude, he made sure I had something wholesome to eat. Every single time. With a smile. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare anywhere in life, let alone on a mountain. We trusted him completely throughout the trek not because we had to, but because he made it impossible not to. His knowledge of Darjeeling and the surrounding trails is extraordinary. They don't call him the youngest veteran guide for nothing. Every turn, every decision, every moment of uncertainty he was already three steps ahead, calm and certain. He was accompanied by his elder cousin, Raja bhaiya a retired army officer, and one of the most grounding presences I've encountered. Meeting him gave me a new appreciation for the men and women who guard our borders. That sense of quiet strength and discipline doesn't leave a person, and it filled the entire group with a deep sense of safety and calm. The trek ended. We got back. And within days, we had already started planning our next one with them. Amit bhaiya is the most genuine, selfless person I've had the privilege of meeting in 2026. If you're heading to Darjeeling, stop searching you've already found your guide. PS: Find him in the photos I have posted, such a poser :)

We had the most amazing time exploring Darjeeling and trekking up to Sandakphu with Amit and his cousin. They took great care of us, finding interesting places to stay and all the best food, encouraging us on the hardest parts of the climb and keeping us all safe and healthy at altitude. Cant recommend them highly enough!!

An unforgettable escape in the Teesta Valley. Amee is the kind of human who restores your faith in people; endlessly warm, generous, and full of life. Days here unfold gently with beautiful music, soul-nourishing food, and the pure delight of little Lemu running around. If you're craving peace, hill air, and genuine human connection away from the noise of life, this stay is pure magic. One of the most heartfelt recommendations I can give.
