Verry good view of mountain

We had a lovely week-long stay at Dawaipani Sona Homestay. The hosts were very humble, warm and welcoming, which made the stay feel comfortable and homely. The rooms were neat and clean. The best part was definitely the location - peaceful, offbeat and perfect if you're looking to get away from the usual tourist crowds. The views were absolutely brilliant, and we were even lucky enough to get a beautiful sighting of Kanchenjunga! 🏔️ Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and a great place to spend a quiet few days surrounded by nature. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an offbeat and peaceful experience in the hills.

Very nice service but I think if room heater will be provide it will be much better, otherwise everything was good and one thing that is if geyser will on every time it will be good & food quality was very good & rooms are very clean & their behaviour was also 👍🏻 😊

Had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The hosts are extremely humble, helpful, and caring, which made us feel completely at home. The view of Kanchenjunga from the property is absolutely awesome and truly breathtaking. The food served was delicious and felt just like home-cooked meals. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Sona Home Stay, the location is awesome, clear view of Mt. Kanchenjunga, the service is homely and excellent. The arrangements of Bon fire, was outstanding in such a remote location of Darjeeling hills.

খুব সুন্দর হোমস্টে,রুমের ভিতর থেকেই কাঞ্চনজঙ্ঘা দেখা যায়,,এক কথায় অসাধারণ,,আর একদম নিরিবিলি জায়গা,,খাওয়াদাওয়া খুব সুন্দর,,

Darjeeling এটা আমার 11 তম ভিসিট। দাওয়াইপানিতে 2nd। ছিলাম sona Homestay তে। জায়গাটা খুব শান্ত, Kanchenjunga আর Darjeeling-এর দারুণ ভিউ পাওয়া যায়। রুম ও বাথরুম পরিষ্কার, খাবার ঘরোয়া ও খুব টেস্টি। হোস্টরা ভদ্র ও সহায়ক, একা গেলেও কোনও অসুবিধা হয়নি। অফবিট ও নিরিবিলি জায়গায় সময় কাটাতে চাইলে Sona Homestay খুবই ভালো অপশন।

Lovely room servicing, polite behaviour and clean room. Picture perfect Kanchanjunga view, bonfire and clean night everything available here. That's magnificent.

Stuff behaviour is very very bad...

Sona homestay is an excellent homestay.clear view of kanchenjungha. Fooding are totally homely and behaviour are very friendlier.

Awesome view. From our bed we saw kanchanjengha. Rooms and toilets are very clean. Their hospitality is too good.

The entire service was excellent. The hostesses were prompt in their action, leaving not a single moment to complain. The view from our room was magnificent as there was an unhindered view of the picturesque Kangchenjunga. The food was satisfactory and above all, they are very punctual and responsible.

Great experience at Sona homestay. The behaviour of the staff was the highlight of the stay - they were polite, friendly, and behaved extremely well. The food was homely. The views from the homestay was amazing. You could view the beautiful Darjeeling city from the homestay itself. However, the bed sheets and the bed cover were a bit dirty. There was no wifi at the homestay. Improving these few factors would make the stay even more pleasant!
