This was our third stay at Royal Offbeat Homestay, Sinjee, and just like the previous times, we had an absolutely wonderful experience.
The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained as always. The view from the balcony was simply mesmerizing—waking up to endless greenery and the beautiful mountain landscape never gets old. There is a certain peace and charm in this place that keeps drawing us back.
The food was delicious, homely, and freshly prepared. The service was prompt, and help was always just a call away, no matter the time. Their hospitality truly makes guests feel comfortable and cared for.
A special mention to Suman Da and Mousumi Di, who went above and beyond to take care of our every need with warmth, kindness, and genuine concern. Their polite and welcoming nature is one of the reasons why this homestay feels less like a place to stay and more like a home away from home.
Another highlight of our stay was spending time with the two adorable dogs at the homestay. They added so much joy to our experience and made our mornings and evenings even more special.
The lush greenery surrounding the property is absolutely beautiful and adds to the tranquil atmosphere of Sinjee. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway away from the crowds, where you can unwind amidst nature while enjoying heartfelt hospitality, Royal Offbeat Homestay is the perfect choice.

The Location is excellent !!! Making Center this Home Stay we covered Lava, Lolegaon, Pine Forest, Kalimpong and so many other superb spots.
The most attraction is food....Pure Bengali tests and Homely...
The family who are maintained the property is so nice .
Royal Offbeat Homestay is exactly what a homestay means, both in the literal and figurative sense.
While relaxing in bed or sipping a cup of hot tea, you can watch the mist-shrouded mountain ranges leaning against the blue sky, and the snow-crowned Kanchenjunga standing in all its majestic glory.
Suman and Mousumi will never let you feel like you are away from home. Their constant attentiveness to your comfort, providing extra tea beyond the usual schedule, and serving four delicious meals right on time will make you feel like you are enjoying your time in true 'royal mode.
Everything is perfect. I only recommend that water heater ( for bathroom) should be more efficient. For this reason I suppress the one star out of 5
Really great place to stay at, the people here will make you feel homely. Highly recommend for everyone who are planning to visit somewhere near this place.

I visited this homestay with my students and colleagues during an excursion. Sinjee is truly an off-beat destination, and this homestay is the best place to stay in the area. It offers a fantastic view of Mount Kanchenjunga, with Kalimpong town visible to the north. The other sides are surrounded by dense forest, where the sound of bird whistles is the only thing that helps you disengage from daily thoughts and stress.
The rooms are good, clean, and well maintained. However, the hot water supply is somewhat scanty. The cook-cum-manager, Mr. Suman, along with his family, takes care of each and every need of the guests with great warmth and dedication. The food was delicious, and the bonfire and barbecue facilities were excellent, making the stay even more memorable.
খুবই সুন্দর একটা জায়গার অবস্থিত. যেখান থেকেই পাহাড় ও প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য ভালো ভাবেই উপভোগ করা যায়.
Lovely place for vacation.One can enjoy Kanchanjunga from room and verandah.Service is awesome.All staffs are highly courteous.Location is off beat with essence of nature's virginity.Your days will be wonderful listening to bird's chirping and looking at first rays of sun kissing the mountains.
Location is offbeat as the name says and beautiful. Service was amazing so was the food. Homely and very tasty. Suman and Mousumi were great host and dont forget to hire the driver suggested by them for site seeing. PT Tamang..

Nice homestay with homely food, great ambience and view of kanchan jangha mount ain range from every corner of the place and each room. Great service, neat and clean room with attached toilet
