Staying at Jessica Homestay was a wonderful experience; all the rooms were nice, clean and the view was especially great Mount Kanchenjunga was visible from the balcony.And special thank to bhaiya for the beautiful memeories that we spend together,exploring darjelling .Thank you for all this bhaiya.

We stayed at Jessica Homestay from 19th to 23rd August and had a wonderful experience. The hospitality was excellent, and the beautiful surroundings made our stay even more special, especially as we were away from home. The mountain view from the homestay was breathtaking and added to the peaceful atmosphere. Pranajit was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful views and warm hospitality!

Worst behavior of this home stay... Like this home stay is in very very down area we were not able to fine the hotel but they don't even cooperate or came to peak us up from atleast near their hotel...so irresponsible behavior like if any tourist is coming to your hotel you should have some gesture.

Rooms are good and specious. THE location is very good you get a very good view from room. Service is also okk little delay but food is tasty.

During the mid of March we booked from make my trip and was sceptical because we couldn't understand the location but our girl's trip turned out to be amazing. Staff were very helpful we couldn't open the luggage and the dada came in and helped us.The location was so beautiful,it was calm , surrounded by locals ,less tourist. The people there were very helpful and jolly. It was raining and we couldn't arrange any ride so the bhaiya helped us and booked for us. The food the really good and felt like home and the coffee was just too good.. Thank you for make our girl's trip memorable.

We stayed for two days, but the service was extremely poor and the food tasted very bad. Whenever we asked for any service, it was provided very late, and we did not receive the service unless we asked 2–3 times. Owner reply answer - 1. We received good service the first time, so we did not make any comments. That is why we went for a second time. 2. Who provides home stay services? There is not even a toothbrush, toothpaste, or soap in the bathroom. You can imagine what kind of service we are receiving. 3. Even during meal time, we mentioned that compared to the first time, the food quality during the second visit was very poor. We asked you to rectify this. Also, there are no food shops within approximately five to six kilometers of your homestay, and there is no transport facility available, so we are forced to eat there repeatedly. Because of this, we decided to leave after one day, but due to luggage and travel arrangement issues, we stayed back(Second day) Anyone who reads your comment will be able to understand a homestay owner’s behavior from the way you describe the customer. If you have to bring your father servant into this matter, then please shut down the homestay service. Because if other customers receive the same service, they will also comment here—so stop replying and focus on your work.

I stayed at Jessica Homestay during my solo trip to Darjeeling, and it turned out to be the highlight of my journey. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth by the owners that I instantly felt at home. The hospitality here is unmatched—genuine, caring, and truly from the heart. The room was cozy, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains. Waking up to the sight of Kanchenjunga and sipping tea on the terrace was pure magic. The food was another big win—home-cooked meals that tasted like love in every bite. Their momos and local dishes were especially delicious! Evenings by the bonfire, chatting with fellow travelers and the lovely hosts, added such a personal touch. They also helped arrange local transport and gave the best recommendations for hidden spots around Darjeeling. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views, amazing food, and hosts who treat you like family—this is the place. I’m already looking forward to coming back. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience at Jessica Homestay – Would Not Recommend My stay at Jessica Homestay was very disappointing. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards — the hotel room was dusty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the bed and blankets smelled bad, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The basic infrastructure was poor, with broken fixtures, poor lighting, and no proper drinking water facility. To make matters worse, the food was tasteless and of low quality, which added to the frustration. The staff behaviour was dull and unwelcoming, with no effort made to ensure guest comfort. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I hope they work on improving their cleanliness, infrastructure, food quality, and staff hospitality. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
