Room window with Tiger hill view was worth it The manager/cook Suresh bhaiya was very much kind and helping, provided everything we needed. Will highly recommend Jain homestay to anyone who wants to come to Darjeeling

Our stay at Jain Homestay, Ghum, was nothing short of a lifesaving experience. We were stranded in heavy rain around midnight with no accommodation arranged, and despite the late hour, the hosts responded immediately and welcomed us warmly. Their kindness and willingness to help during such a difficult situation made us feel safe and cared for. On very short notice, they arranged a comfortable room for us and even provided a hot water pack and geyser facility, which was incredibly helpful after being soaked in the cold rain. Their hospitality went above and beyond our expectations and turned a stressful night into a memorable experience. The room itself was cozy, clean, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Waking up to the peaceful scenery was a wonderful bonus after the previous night's ordeal. The homestay has a warm and homely atmosphere that makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. I cannot thank the hosts enough for their generosity and support. If you're visiting Ghum or Darjeeling and looking for a place with genuine hospitality, comfort, and great views, Jain Homestay is highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Exceptional hospitality, caring hosts, cozy rooms, and truly lifesaving support when we needed it most.

Rooms are very nice and behavior of host Mr Vivek is lovely and will likely to stay more in future. Some improvement suggested that, TV may please be provided in all the rooms as discussed with host.

Thanks you suresh and his staff. We booked Total 2 rooms for our groups of 6 friends and stay 1 night and very much satisfied with the amenities.we will definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to the many friends.👍👍👍

A pity, since some rooms are mainly quite nice, and the location is perfect. The arrangement though, is insane. I woke up to discover i was locked in. The was no way out in the event of a fire, and the number they gave me for help did not answer. They'd made it as unpleasant as possible for visitors by providing an awkward external access, which was pointless since I discovered later that there was a perfectly normal internal access through the building. I now see your response, but you don't leave someone locked in a building with no means of getting out whatever the circumstances. Normally where there is externally secured access, as well as individual rooms, a guest is given two keys, one for the building, one for the room. That's what I hope you'll do in future.
