Siniolchu homestay Darjeeling

An absolutely memorable stay! The room had two very comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean toilet. Prabhat uncle and Pragya bhabhi offered incredible, warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The highlights were the magical views of Mount Kanchenjunga and the beautiful city spread out below. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay with our friends at Siniolchu homestay. The hosts were incredibly warm and communicative from the moment we booked. The property is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet location but still easy to access. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the traditional home-cooked meals were the highlight of our trip! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful getaway.

Good service at Prabhat Rai’s homestay…

It was wonderful staying at this property twice. Both host and hostess are amiable and always ready to help. We really enjoyed the food here and overwhelmed by the hospitality. One can take a lazy stroll along the nearby locality in the early morning while listening to the chirping of birds.

I stayed at this homestay for 3 nights and really liked it. The owners were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and had a nice view. The home cooked food was super tasty. The place is calm but close to the market. It costs less than a hotel and feels more friendly. I will definately come back again and stay here at siniolchu homestay.

Wonderful stay and beautiful view of kanchanjunga from home stay in Darjeeling,perfect for everyone who want to relax from crowd 700 mtr from Darjeeling main town hotel provides small taxi pick and drop from mall road as a complimentary,24 hrs hot water available local sightseeing provides with reasonable rates,staff are friendly and co-operation,roomms are cleaned and well maintained, I would highly recommend this home stay.

Owner of this homestay is not loyal, we have booked this homestay for 2 days, 6-7 march 2026 and paid advanced amount 1000/-also, but on last moment he shifted our booking to his friend hotel without informing us, and not picking up calls also, at that night we need to search other hotel for stayed. And after such incident he even not bother to call or ask about his mistake. I have call him 10-15 times for refund, startingly he is ready to refund the amount but since last one month he had not returned the amount and now he is not picking up our phone calls also, So my owerall experience with this homestay and owner of the property MR PRABHAT RAI is very pathetic, so I am not going to recommend this hotel or homestay at any cost,
