We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home with their warm hospitality and quick service. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, which was perfect for Darjeeling's chilly evenings. Highly recommended to anyone visiting! Will definitely return. 🏔️

Homestay was nice all the amenities room all are neat and clean , staff are cooperative, but location is bit problematic . Otherwise the property is outstanding 👌

Road to stay is narrow

A really nice experience,the hospitality was excellent and the view was amazing.The only issue we faced was the location,but it didn't cause us much of a problem as the hotel helped us with travel means well too

Rooms are Nice...Service is too bad for fooding....And location is total waste of money....If u want extraa charges in Tour then you can visit this hotel...From main bazaar hotel is Far about 900 m or 1 km downward ....To bad location and total waste of money....They sell local water bottle in 40 rupees of 1 litre ...

Awesome location with beautiful moutain view, staffs are very polite and cooperative. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice parking facilities for two and four wheeler. I enjoyed a lot.

Disappointed to muchhh ! Staff was not cooperative and location was bit far , we suffered , facility not provided , room was okey , food was wrost , sent cold tea cold rotis , worst experience with heritage

Finding this hotel can be a bit tricky, as Darjeeling's road network is quite complicated. However, since we were traveling by bike, it was comparatively easier for us to locate it. The rooms offer a really great view, and the hospitality of the staff is excellent. The main receptionist went out of his way to help us by lending us his personal hair dryer when we requested one, which was a thoughtful gesture. The food served at the hotel was good, and the terrace area is awesome, offering a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

This is the best place to stay only the roads are a bit tough to handle rest room service was too good staffs were nice specially a girl named Priya she was too caring with our needs and was so supportive and sweet, she took care of our breakfast and rest meals also was very helpful.

It is a Lovely stay in the heart of Darjeeling with the property being peaceful and neat . The rooms are clean , comfortable and well maintained . Yes the location can be a bit off beat , however they do help you with Cabs and Travel to the Mall Road and other Tourist places. They also do offer pickup and drop service which saves you the time and hassle to look for shared cabs . The host was friendly and responsive . The overall staff were polite.They do offer Food ( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner ). The Mountain view is amazing and the overall experience exceeded my expectations and I’d definitely visit again!

Staff was trying their best but somewhere management needs to fix some processes. Location is not elderly friendly. It's located very interior to the main Chawk bazar area and the roads are broken and very narrow. After 7pm there are no taxis to take you to the hotel from chowk bazar so it's a long walk we had to make. Elderly family members had leg pain after. Food is prepared fresh to order and so the wait time is long. Complimentary breakfast is not buffet. Our deluxe view room smelled like public urinal for some odd reason. Staff was cooperative and got us room freshners but having paid for a deluxe view room, this smells should not have been there at all. Overall experience was okay because staff was helpful. But the biggest offputting point for me was the location.
