I recently stayed at this homestay, and it was an experience worth sharing. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the balcony view was truly awesome—something you rarely find at this price point. The road getting there was a bit tricky, but once we arrived, it was all worth it.
What made the stay even more special was Ishan Bhaiya’s hospitality. He was warm, genuine, and went out of his way to help us—whether it was arranging a scooty when ours fell through, negotiating on the pricing, or even ensuring we had a lift to catch our car on our way out. His help was beyond what you'd expect, making it feel like we were taken care of by a friend.
The only minor downside was the lack of food options, but honestly, we managed fine, and everything else more than made up for it. In short, this place may not look like much at first glance, but trust me—you'd regret missing out on this gem!

If you plan a trip to Darjeeling, this is the place to stay! Extremely satisfied with the hospitality. If you want a cozy, homely feel while on your trip, go for this one! The view from the place is mesmerizing.
A major benefit is that the stay is at a 15 minutes walking distance from Mall Road. Moreover, we were offered the best Nepali food during our stay.
Bonus? Ishant bhaiya, the host, is extremely helpful with his suggestions on the itinerary and food. The staff too is very amicable.
Overall, we felt like at home during our stay. A true delightful experience. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great stay at Darjeeling Guest House! The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered a direct view of Kanchenjunga – absolutely stunning. Huge thanks to Ishaan, our helpful host, who assisted with trip planning and arranged affordable transport. Highly recommend for a comfortable and scenic stay in Darjeeling!

We enjoyed our stay in the property. The rooms were neat and clean, the food was homely. The view from the balcony was amazing. Host Kunal is very friendly and personally looks after the comfort of his guests.

The hotel was so nice and the entire darjeeling was visible to us. It was so cozy and satisfying. The service was awesome, we didn't even need to ask for our requirements it was done beforehand. Highly recommended.
