We had a great stay. Lovely holiday Great food

This hotel is far away from mal road, almost 15 mins walking distance from mal road, we stayed there for 2days, first day they provide us very small room as no room was available, like room was very very small and no window, after that we requested to change the room, as next day room was available they change or room , provided a big room with balcony, reading so many reviews about staff behaviour, TBH staffs behaviour is good , I agree that they are not professional but they are very much helpful with good behaviour, also they served testy food , giving 3 stars only for first day room experience, otherwise no complain.

Great hotel

This is very bad hotel I've ever seen. Such a bad hospitality, comunication gap & everything. Don't come here. There is many much better hotels, try to go & stay there.

We found the hotel while walking down the street and since it was offering me a very affordable price, we stayed there. My friend and I stayed here for one night for just twelve hundred rupees.

The experience was very bad. The hotel is far from the main road, and we had to walk for about 20 minutes on a very steep road with heavy luggage. The staff refused to help us carry our bags. After reaching the hotel, we missed lunch and were not given any snacks. The tea cups were dirty and smelly, and the food quality was poor. Some of our friends even saw staff chasing a rat with a spatula and then using similar utensils for serving food, which shows very poor hygiene. The staff behavior was rude and uncooperative. Although the room and washroom were in good condition, there was no view due to a construction site. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Waste waste waste.. absolute waste Don't go there..... Although the rooms were big but the cleanliness was awful. The cups were unclean and having and awful fishy smell absolutely disgusting 🤮. Even the food was not so good . The night we went for dinner I heard people are running in the kitchen.. they were chasing a Rat there .. beating the rat with cooking utensils...such a disgrace to the food service. And top of that the staff forced me to spare a tip..even after this bad service I offered 200 but he insisted and claimed 400 at the time of checking out.. absolutely ridiculous. Never ever going back to this hotel. Don't go there waste of money..wate of health.. waste of mood.

Very bad experience like service, Food & behaviour.

Very nice and cozy wooden rooms. Nice stuff and good food. View rooms has kanchanjanga view from window. Close to mall road.

Bad location and room not good

We loved our stay at Broadway Homestay The homestay had a lovely view of the mountains, and the homemade breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were cozy, the hosts were warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring Darjeeling.

Friendly staff and tasty food peaceful location.
