As a view purpose hotel is good but their staff behaviour is not good

The most beautiful view of the tea garden and the city darjiling

The service is poor, the rooms are not good, and the condition of the beds is bad; the bedsheets and blankets were very dirty. The management and overall arrangements here are terrible—I would advise others not to use their services.

Good view. Little lack of hygiene. Was manageable for me. Check your preferences. Location is little far from market you will need to walk 10-15 mins for basic things.

Typically Froud . When I check out, they froze 500 rupees from me without any rules. There is no specific check out & check in time. When I booked the room online, there was a Check Out & Check In time written but offline the Check Out & Check In time is completely different. So be careful. No one will book a room here.

Rooms were not clean, bed sheet and blanket was dirty, no towel or soaps available.

Scammer. We prebooked our rooms one week earlier. Room with view but when we reached they provided different hotel and no view. They were not agreeing and asking us to pay full payment as we denied to stay and we filed complaint as they locked us in the hotel and didn't allow us to go. This place is not at all safe and management are not educated at all. Thanks to Darjeeling police they came and rescued us.

Very humbling experience honestly, the images shared and the real life had a major difference, conditions of the place is pathetic.The rooms weren't clean neither were the bedsheets, the rooms and toilet were barely functional. The dining area was the dirtiest,and the location of the hotel was very shady

Worst experience...untidy rooms,stained sheets,worst car drivers provided by the hotel and worst food altogether.please reconsider your decision before booking.

Worst experience ever...rooms are untidy as hell and the bedsheets have stains on them. When the staffs were told to change the sheets they didn't co-operate and provided dirty sheets.The behaviour of the staffs are Worst... in fact the food provided by the hotel was not upto the mark.Cars and drivers which was provided by the hotel were the most impolite and non co-operative.Bathrooms were not clean and 24x7 hot water is not available.Also the distance of the hotel from the Mall road is almost around 2.5-3kms. which would take around 30 minutes of walking.So if you are booking this hotel then I would suggest you to reconsider your decision.

If we had zero star option then we would have opted that... zero hospitality,zero cleanliness, zero communication from main city , staffs are not so cooperative , vehicle they provided was ok but drivers are so Harsh to us

pathethic , im travelling with my family and expected a nice stay but it is worst decision . No facility , no service , even water was not offered to us . No food is deleviable

The green residency is located about 1 mile from the main market of Darjeeling. it is quiet with excellent views of the hillside and Valley below. I stayed for two nights in January, 2025 and paid ₹1200 for the room. There was another room that was ₹1000 but it was not that great. The room itself was so so. The bed was comfy, and there was a flatscreen TV. However, Was lacking, and some of the bedsheets had holes in them. I also wasn’t too confident that the bedsheets and blanket were was It would be nice if they can pay a bit more attention to the upkeep and quality of the the furniture. Room had hot water, but the toilet seat was broken. which made things up bit more difficult. If you’re a budget friendly traveler, then this might be if you’re a budget, friendly and a bit picky then I would say that there are better options available in Darjeeling.

They are scammer! The hotel failed to provide us with the promised card for sightseeing, which completely ruined our vacation. We had planned our trip around the convenience of having this card, but their unprofessionalism left us stranded and stressed. When we raised the issue, the staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. This lack of basic service and care is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation. Avoid at all costs!

I stayed at this place for 1 day and this place was pathetic with zero room service. There was no cleanliness in the room, no sleepers, the drawers were untidy and the wifi was not even working properly. I will advise anyone to please skip this place if you are planning to go to Darjeeling. And most importantly the behavior of the manager and staff was rude, Unprofessional and literally pathetic. They don't even serve water in your room, you need to get it yourself. One of the other customers had the same issue while we were staying there. .
