The home-cooked food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The stunning views of the hills and the calm surroundings made our experience even more special. Our stay for three days at the Sewa Kunj Ecostay was truly delightful. Surrounded by picturesque natural beauty, the peaceful atmosphere was enhanced by the cheerful chirping of Himalayan birds throughout the day. The food was delicious, fresh, and homely. What made the experience even more special was the warm hospitality of the smiling and caring host Himadri babu and Gopa devi, who ensured our comfort at every step. A perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. A short treck to the Pime forest guided by Himadri babu was a marvelous experience. Specially our little ones enjoyed the Bunk Beds. They were equally Happy.

Our stay at this beautiful homestay was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth and comfort of a home away from home. The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. One of the highlights of the property was the peaceful natural environment. We enjoyed watching a variety of colorful birds around the resort, adding to the charm and serenity of the place. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the breathtaking view right from our bed was simply magical and refreshing. The food was another wonderful part of our stay. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care, giving us a taste of authentic homely cuisine. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, beautiful views, warm hospitality, and excellent food, this homestay is highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

প্রকৃতির কোলে চার দিনের অনবদ্য অভিজ্ঞতা শহরের কোলাহল ছেড়ে ধীরে ধীরে যখন গাড়ি কালিম্পং জেলার আঁকাবাঁকা পাহাড়ি পথে উঠতে থাকে, তখন থেকেই প্রকৃতির এক অন্যরকম আবেশ মনকে ঘিরে ধরে। গন্তব্য — চারখোল; সবুজ পাহাড়, মেঘ, পাখির ডাক আর শান্ত পরিবেশের জন্য পরিচিত এক মনোমুগ্ধকর গ্রাম। চারখোলে পৌঁছে প্রথমেই চোখে পড়ে দূরের নীল পাহাড়, মেঘে ঢাকা উপত্যকা আর চারপাশ জুড়ে অসংখ্য বুনো ফুল। সন্ধ্যার নরম আলোয় পাহাড়ি আবহ যেন আরও রহস্যময় হয়ে ওঠে। চারখোলের সৌন্দর্য চারখোলের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য ভাষায় প্রকাশ করা কঠিন। ভোরবেলায় মেঘের ফাঁক দিয়ে পাহাড়ের চূড়া দেখা, চারপাশে সাদা ফুলের সমারোহ, ঠান্ডা হাওয়া আর দূরে পাহাড়ি গ্রামের দৃশ্য — সব মিলিয়ে যেন এক স্বপ্নের পৃথিবী। সন্ধ্যায় পাহাড়ি আকাশে মেঘের খেলা ও নীরব পরিবেশ মনকে এক অদ্ভুত প্রশান্তি দেয়। শহুরে ব্যস্ততা থেকে দূরে কয়েকটা দিন প্রকৃতির এত কাছে কাটানো সত্যিই স্মরণীয় হয়ে থাকবে। ওখানে আমাদেরকে হোমস্টে ছিলো SEWA KUNJ ECO STAY ঠিক যেন পাহাড়ে আমাদের নিজেদের বাড়ি ও রান্নাঘর, যেখানে হিমাদ্রিদার আন্তরিকতায় আমরা আপ্লুত! পাখি পর্যবেক্ষণের বিশেষ অভিজ্ঞতা এই সফরের অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ছিল বার্ডিং। আমাদের সঙ্গে ছিলেন অভিজ্ঞ বার্ড গাইড হিমাদ্রি দা Himadri Das , যাঁর দক্ষতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা পুরো সফরকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ করে তোলে। ভোরের নীরবতা ভেঙে বিভিন্ন প্রজাতির পাখির ডাক যেন পাহাড়কে জীবন্ত করে তোলে। এই সফরে দেখা মিলেছে নানা রঙের ও বিরল কিছু পাখির, তার মধ্যে বেশিরভাগই দেখা মিলছে আমাদের হোমস্টের বাগানে, যেমন— 1. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism stood out. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the stay comfortable. Their service level is truly commendable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering an incredible view that made every morning memorable.The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal exceeded expectations. The hotel’s location is perfect as well: peaceful, accessible. The calm ambiance paired with the amazing views makes this an ideal choice for anyone visiting Charkole. Overall top-notch service, fantastic rooms, great food, and a perfect location. Offbeat eco stay, forest bordering Neora valley national park, heaven for bird photographers, homely food, warm hospitality, panoramic view of Kanchanjangha during season, pine forest, monastery, peaceful for nature lovers and bird watchers. Excellent place to catch up again.

Its a nice place to stay..Just like our own second home in the lap of nature and mountain..food is awesome ..its a perfect place for bird photography .No words to say more about this property as overall experience is excellent.. a special thanks to the owners Gopa and Himadri da for their warm welcome ..They are so friendly and co-operative.. I decided to visit this place atleast once in a year to get rid from our busy and exhausted daily life.
