Bahut bekar jagh pe hotel situated hai staff ka behaviour bhi thik nahi hai bahut niche chalkar jana padta hai not safe for travelers we carefull agent ke through kabhi hotel me na jaye agr ghumna hai to apne jakar ghume google map yesab ka help lekar jyada achha hai agent bus paisa jyada le lete hai very bad experience

The service is very poor.Staff and owner both are so arrogant.First of all staff didn't tell the price of a room I asked many times to tell the price but he keep saying don't worry.Then at night time the owner come.He said the price.But we already 6 hour stayed.so he said to fill the bill total. They keep waiting for small thing they don't provide hot water sometime .All the service and cleanliness is so bad.Room is very pathetic. Worst of all hotel I have ever visited.

Location is not good at all . Low area rooms are dirty not recommend.

The location of this place is worst with steap stairs surrounded by tall buildings. Don't book this hotel ever, You will have to struggle to reach Mall road, it is near Darjeeling Toy train station but it is of no use. No mountain views or sight, Photos posted with hill views are fake. Service and rooms were decent but not the location.
