Very bad experience to stay here staff behaviour was very bad and rude.I don't recommended this hotel to anyone...

I had a very disappointing experience staying here. The room was not up to the standard I expected, and the overall service made the stay even worse. The biggest issue was the staff’s behavior—they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping guests. Simple requests were met with an unfriendly attitude.

Mera is hotel mein experience bahut kharab raha. Room saaf nahi tha, bathroom ki safai bhi theek nahi thi. Staff ka vyavahar bhi professional nahi laga aur service bahut slow thi. Jo suvidhayein batayi gayi thi, woh poori tarah nahi mili. Is wajah se mujhe nirasha hui. Main is hotel ki sifarish nahi karunga/karungi. Umeed hai ki hotel apni service aur safai mein sudhar karega

Despite staying for 3 nights, the room was not cleaned even once, and the geyser was also not working properly. The worst part was the room location at the top floor, which could only be reached through steep stairs, making it very inconvenient for guests. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and poorly managed. Not recommended.

The staff was fully cooperative. They take carr of our good food. rooms are very good

Best Darjeeling hotel so far..you must check out there ..staff behaviour were awesome and friendly ...most importantly view..you will see a wounderful view from this plc you can see toy train

Staff behaviour is not good

To be honest the rooms are pricey with not much facilities, they don't even have a wardrobe, didn't provide with extra sleeper and room heater is available if you pay extra , and worst part is you need climb 100 stairs to reach the hotel , it totally ruined my Darjeeling trip..
