Great experience we stayed for 4nights

Location is near mall road just walking 10 mins. Owner is so helpful and cooperative and their service is so good. View is also awesome .Must recommend.

Beautiful view even though we came in monsoon. Hygienic bedding and washrooms,room is also quite spacious. The owners were quite sweet. It's location is a bit faraway from main market but it's on the route to peace pagoda. The food was nice and light. Overall had a great experince would totally recommend this place

Had a wonderful stay at Eagle Nest Darjeeling. The food, cleanliness, location, and overall care for guests were truly excellent. A special thanks to Uncle, Aunty, and their lovely daughter for their warm hospitality and making us feel like family throughout our stay. This is my second time visiting this place. Such a great place. Pasang uncle and aunty and didi-all of them are such a great host. Caring and loving. Always gives priority to the guests and their needs. Even took me to a recent hospital at 3 am when I was feeling uneasy. Aunty and uncle always made sure that I have got plenty of warm water in my flask. This type of service and kindness is rare and not found everywhere esp in today’s world. 😌❤️🥰🤞🏻🫰🏻 I always choose this place when I’m with Darjeeling. Great place esp if you come with family and close friends. They are family people and alsways makes you comfortable during your whole stay. Such a great family ❤️ Looking forward to come soon again 🫰🏻❤️❤️❤️

We were a party of 7, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The homestay is just a 5-7 minute walk from the mall. The rooms are completely wooden, beautiful, and extremely clean, with amazing views. For comparison, it's located right next to some premium hotels, offering the exact same views. If you're lucky with the weather, you can catch a glimpse of Kanchenjunga from one of the rooms and the terrace. Each room has two single beds and one double bed, is spacious, and the bedding arrangements are clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, and was even better than the pictures. The hostesses were warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and at home. The food was pretty good and freshly cooked. I'd highly recommend trying the momos (please request in advance) which were honestly the best I've had during my entire trip. Suggestion: We didn't realize it until the end of the trip, but an additional light in the rooms and a small cupboard for storage would be a great addition! Overall, 10/10.

i recently stayed in this homestay with my family of 3 members, booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 2 nights, it was that good, it was home away from home expenses, panasonic view was fantastic, 5 star to their service

We stayed for 4 nights at Eagle's Nest, during the Christmas week and it was a memorable experience. The all-in-all of the homestay, Tshering, is such a sweet girl that she left no stone unturned to make our stay the best. 1. The location of the stay is just perfect with a short walk to the Mall Road and other shopping and happening areas. 2. The view from the room was the best you could hope for - Kanchen Junga in all it's glory in the morning, and on a clear morning you could get a view of the surrounding areas like Sandakphu as well. 3. The home-cooked food was delicious and made on demand. Hot water was supplied whenever we asked for, and Tshering made sure that we could combat the cold by providing us heat packs and hot tea whenever possible. 4. The people - this tops everything - Uncle and aunt were absolutely wonderful people and talked to us about a lot of things. Pasang uncle is amazing with his knowledge about the whole place and surroundings, and Mingma aunt went out of her way to get us a flask of hot water on our day trips. The countless number of times Tshering and auntie had to climb up and down to serve food was testament to how dedicated they are to hosting people from other places. We never even had to carry our big bags down or up the steep flight of stairs as even that was taken care of by Tshering. 5. Urjen bhai took care of all the travel and logistics and is a great person to talk to. He ensured that he was present when the cabs came to pick us and requested us to make the trip at our comfortable times when we weren't really up to it early morning. The trips he arranged were absolutely great with great people chauffeuring us around. He, along with uncle and aunt and Tshering ensured that we were treated to bonfire on all nights. 6. The best part, and something that you can book the stay for even if none of the above made much of a difference - BEANIE (hope I get the spelling right). She's so adorable, friendly and curious. She got used to us so fast that she'd make visits whenever she knew were were back there. The books and our YouTube videos all took a backseat with she being there to charm us.

It was a memorable experience, rooms were well cleaned & fresh, treatment was pleasant, recommended for all.

This homestay is very very comfortable and homestay owner is too kind-hearted and very humble person. U feel like ur home. Must visit once

Additionally, the location is convenient—just a 15-minute walk from Darjeeling Mall—yet it feels peaceful and serene, away from the bustle. Very good homestay,Room Quality are very good, very good treatment. Uncle and aunty are very nice and very polite. I was stay with my family on May 2024 on this Homestay..Tshering is very Caring and her Hospitality was excellent and her Food is also Great (Fried Rice and Chili Chicken)❤️ very nice family they are..
