Mountain view homestay kaffergaon

We just returned from our stay two days ago, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Their behaviour was exceptional, and the hospitality and service were truly beyond expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking valley and Kanchenjunga views from the homestay. The food felt just like a homemade meal—warm, authentic, and comforting. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to visit again.

This is a perfect homestay to stay on kaffer gaon..rooms have amazing view from balcony. Food is amazing and the homestay owners will make you feel like home.

Stayed there in June 2026. The location is mind-blowing. Their food was really tasty and not like other typical homestays we stayed earlier in other places. Very satisfied with their hospitality. Thank you

The homestay is truly a beautiful place to stay.surrounded by stunning natural beauty & incredible peaceful & refreshing environment.The hosts made this best homestay experience I’ve had so far .they are present at every meal with warm smile.the home cooked food was phenomenal.

The overall experience at the homestay was Mind-blowing. Buddha bhai along with his family were a great host and ensured every person go out from the homestay with not only a smile in their face but an urgency to come back soon. One of the best places in Kaffergaon to stay and relax. Really awsome view from the rooms itself. The hospitality is top notch. Food is also very good. Really had a great time.

The room was clean, spacious, and had such beautiful views of the hills. The whole ambience was quiet and relaxing — perfect to unwind. But the highlight was the food. It was homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Felt like eating at a friend’s place in the mountains. The hosts were warm too. Would definitely come back.

We found a hidden gem in the hills. It is like a dream cottage for our 2 days stay. You can call it a pure offbeat place - constant bird chirping, zero noise, and mountains that surprise you with a fresh slice of scenery every single time you glance out. Great food, but the real flavor was in their hospitality. Budhha ji and his wife were incredibly warm and polite throughout our stay. We also met Aditya, a 21-year-old boy who looked after us throughout our stay with a consistently pleasant smile. Recommended for all age groups.

We enjoyed a weekend at Mountain View Homestay in Kafergaon, Kalimpong, which is a great place to relax and spend quiet time with friends and family. The homestay is clean and beautifully decorated with flowers. The food provided was plentiful, tasty, and had a lovely local flavor. The bonus point of this stay is that one can see Kanchenjunga from the bed if the weather is clear. One can enjoy wonderful hill views in any season and refresh their eyes with the greenery of the valleys. The host and family members made us feel at home with their smiling faces and warm hospitality. On our request, they served food according to my two-year-old child’s mealtime and even prepared food for my daughter on the day of departure.Highly recommended this homestay for mountain lovers .I wish to visit this homestay again.

An absolutely incredible experience! The host was exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay—truly some of the best hospitality I’ve encountered. The room was a perfect 10/10; clean, cozy, and well-maintained. As for the view, it was the 'best of the best.' Waking up to those rolling mountains right from the balcony was unforgettable.
