I was on darjeeling trip with my family for 3 days and it was my first experience with AIRBNB. I was skeptical but it was too good. Girish and Aunty were so helpful. Checkin was super quick and easy. 5 star for the location it was right near the bus stand. First day had problem with water supply but Girish acted promptly and solved the issue within minutes. The breakfast served was on time and was so tasty and fresh. We felt we were eating food at home. My parents enjoyed the stay a lot, surrounding was peaceful and was accessible to everything. No disturbance at all. Room was spacious and bed was cozy. Overall the stay was as perfect as it should be. We would definitely stay at kanari bnb once again next time during darjeeling trip.
One of the best hotel in Darjeeling, I must say as per location wise, rooms ware good and most important part is that we get the hot and cold water 24 hours , they provide a small soap and shampoo in the bathroom and even one towers in the bathroom as well as,. the incharge lady is so sweet and the owner also. you can book from airbnb or directly contact them. Even they provide one water from their side. Even blankets and pillows are clean. They maintain the hygiene as well. People normally say they face water issue in Darjeeling but honestly I face water issue in pelling but here in Darjeeling I did not face water issue, I must recommend this hotel.
5 on 5, one of the best staying option in darjeeling just a minute walking distance from the stand
Very bad experience the room was very unclean unhygienic used spoon was in the bed and there was a women underwear in the bathroom horrible horrible!

I ask for may booking but don't know who received the call right now, he was so much rude to talk. Is that the way he greet to guest also? Out of 5 I have to give 1 star because there is no zero option. Brother whenever somebody call please speak politely, I am not your servant to talk me like that. 👎
