Rooms are good . Service is the best . Don't trust google maps for direction . You'll be lost in the roads . Google maps has made the arriving very difficult. Ask the owner for direction don't take shortcuts or you'll be in trouble navigating. Prime location for stays, very good behaviour of the residences open kitchen you can see what's cooking for you .

Worst cleaning and worst staff there is no cleaning staff and no management but location is good and also the toilet jets spray are good but it's not good bekar! bhai bekar! And the food are very expensive 🤡

it was great experience in Benu's homestay . Sahil bhaiya was so helpful to us. And all the staffs were so good. We will definitely recommend Benu's homestay to other people. And we will surely come back here . have a great day!

Stayed there for 2 days. The owner is really good and helpful. We booked dormitory, but it was full so had to sleep on the hall floor. But believe me we didn’t feel any cold or something like that. i deducted one star because hygiene is an issue, it is not in the worst condition but still need to improve a bit. Overall good experience.

We stayed there for almost 5 days and it was really amazing place. The people who owns that place and the people who are working they are just incredible,they will make you feel like you are in ur home. Price are good and the food are also tasty. Everything's are just amazing amazing there. Dear Benus people kudos to you all and many more success to your wonderful homestay. We will come back again ❤️🙏

Good homely food, most economical option to stay, Location might be a turn off for someone unless you rent a bike/scooty. Beds are clean, blankets are warm and bathrooms are clean as well. Biggest disadvantage of this place is that the entire market shuts down by 7 pm. If you can tackle that then go for it.

Never thought staying here in Darjeeling would be so much fun! Benu's Homestay is accepting, inclusive and rooms and washroom are clean enough. Perfect place to stay near Mall Road, amazing opportunity to make some goodie memories and find some good friend. Special Mention Roger who hosted us and provided us with every single service we could ask for! Godspeed 🫰🏼
