Alert... Don't book this homestay from the whatsapp number given in the Google. It's a fraud.. Very recently we have chosen this homestay through this WhatsApp number given here, and paid for booking.. they didn't give the receipt after multiple times of asking. When we told them, please refund our money, we don't want to stay here.. they again tried to scam us. the person told us that they are sending a QR code and after putting my (us) pin and then okay, we would get full refund.. Is it a joke!! after pressing their sending QR it's clearly showing the 10000 amount ( Which is the booking money) again paid to someone else.. we told them just refund our money through phonepay or GPay otherwise we will complain to Cyber crime.. they just told us just go and complain to police.. They deleted all the QR code and messages which they sent through whatsapp..
They are fraud.. we have also called the owner of the homestay ( we got the t number from you tube) multiple times.. but he didn't receive our call. we have complained to police station and gave all the details..
so please don't get trapped like us....
3rd class service. Guest jane k bad room clean kar raha ha woh bhi guest k bolne k bad . Towel , bedsheet all are not clean. 15 days pehele booking kiya tha but fir bhi koi room ready kar k nhi rakkha . Towel shop sab mang mang k lena par raha ha .
Rooms are good. Had a really pleasant stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was good as well. The best part was definitely the breathtaking sunrise view from the balcony—it was absolutely stunning. The balcony was spacious, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place!
The hotel owner is very irresponsible,
We booked way before. But due to some serious issue we couldn't plan the trip and we informed them way before time. They told that they will refund some percentage of the amount. But they stopped picking up the call and haven't replied to the messages. This is very irresponsible.

The homestay has 5 rooms and also has a 1 beautiful balcony with great views for all peoples
The manager, Bivesh, is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, especially with the clouds and mountains all around, also the night view from the hotel was also absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with geysers and electric kettles, which made the stay very convenient.
The food was delicious, healthy, and honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Everyone there, including the manager, was extremely kind, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.
I love the homestay and the view and staff's are good to service they serve anything without any hesitation and views is awesome but it's depends on weather I saw the review but it's depends on guests behaviour how you talk

The hotel manager Bibesh is a very dishonest person.
Even after we clearly told him that we needed a car to Siliguri Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand, he booked a vehicle after taking ₹500 as advance.
Later, he cheated us and dropped us at a place in Darjeeling from where buses go to Siliguri, which was not the location we asked for at all.
This is a clear case of fraud.
I am sharing this to warn future tourists—do not trust Bibesh or make bookings through him, or you may also face the same kind of cheating.

I am writing this to warn all travelers to stay far away from Tenzing Valley View Homestay in Darjeeling. This place is an absolute scam run by an individual named Rahul.
The Scam Details:
The Bait: We found this place online and everything seemed fine initially. We contacted Rahul, who was very responsive and "helpful" until the moment he received our deposit.
The Ghosting: Once the advance payment was sent, Rahul’s behavior changed completely. He stopped answering calls and ignored all messages.
The Reality: When we arrived in Darjeeling, we discovered the "homestay" either doesn't exist as described or the bookings are completely fraudulent. We were left stranded without a room and without our money.
The Tactics: Rahul uses fake photos and high-pressure sales tactics to get you to transfer money via UPI or bank transfer, then disappears.
Final Warning:
Do not trust any "deals" offered by Rahul. He is a dishonest individual taking advantage of tourists. Save your money and your vacation—book a verified hotel through a reputable platform where you have buyer protection.

এখানে বুকিং করার আগে সাবধান। এখানে রাহুল নামে কেউ whatsapper মাধ্যমে কথা বলে কিন্তু প্রমাণ হিসেবে কোনো বিল বা invoice দেখাতে বললে শুধু টাকা চায়। কোনো প্রমাণ দেখাতে চায় না। ইউটিউব ও ফেইসবুকে মৃদুল বলে একজনের দেখা পাওয়া যায়। যাকে সবাই ম্যানেজার বলে পরিচয় দেয়। তাই একটু সাবধানে। যাচাই করে।

All over the hotel is very good with a beautiful kanchenjunga view.and Bibesh who was the hotel manager, he is a very good person and well behaving person
We stayed for 2 days. Don't fall for the good reviews, trust me. Worst service ever (Mithun) and also very rude, they sleep, smoke and get drunk all day. The rooms are also very dirty Gutkha, stains on walls and curtains. The washroom is very smelly and dirty. The kitchen is also very unhygienic and food is also pathetic. Not recommended at all.

Location of the hotel is good but the caretaker is just like a commission agent . Always book your car and taxi by a third party not by the caretaker. The housekeeping and cleaning staff was also not available.
