I don't want to go into too much detail, but our experience there was not good at all. There are a lot of safety issues in this homestay, if there is any problem at night, you will not find a way to escape from there, and the owner of this homestay sleeps with its mobile phone turned off at night, so you will not be able to get help in case of emergency. *Noteworthy details* Only go there if you have a car reserved and have a car available with you at all the time, otherwise avoid this Homestay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Khaling homestay in Rangaroon, and I can say it was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hosts ensure that our stay was comfortable, making us feel like part of their family. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the terrace. The morning view, where I would sip my tea while soaking in the stunning panorama of lush greenery and distant mountains. The food at the homestay was another standout feature. Every meal was a delight, but I must give a special mention to their piping hot and juicy momos. Those little dumplings were simply divine—perfectly steamed and bursting with flavor. Overall, my experience at the Homestay was nothing short of magical, and I left with a heart full of memories. Unfortunately we only get to stay there for one night. I can't wait to return, and this time, I plan to stay for a couple of days to fully immerse myself in the beauty and tranquility of the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

I have been travelling this part of darjeeling area for quite a few years. I must say khaling homestay at rangaroon is the best I stayed ever. In every sense this is a true homstay. They are so friendly and they do everything to make you feel at home yet far from home. Entire family including kismet bhai his son Kundan and their entire family was just awesome. I will definitely visit them again and again

Wonderful hospitality and great food. This place really felt like home. The view was totally amazing. You can view Kanchenjunga directly from the balcony.
