Hi can i get hotel number i want to book

We reserved a double bedoroom in October 2024. We later discovered that we were the only guests in the entire house. The rooms were dirty and smelly. Water leaked from the bathroom floor to the room interior. The service boy or errand worker steals food and money in your absence. The location is in a very remote area towards the cliffs every difficult to travel. We were compelled to cancel the reservation after a night. However the hotel manager argued and had us pay for 2/3 nights. The advanced booking fees of Rs 1000 was not adjusted. I'd strongly recommend NOT to reserve this place unless it's the last option you have. Pity that we didn't see the Tripadvisir reviews before booking. Don't be fooled by the positive google reviews. Those are the guest house members writing false nonsense !!

Absolutely worthless and fraudulent. Do NOT reserve. We reserved this room in October 2024. The rooms were in pathetic condition. We were probably the only guests there at that time. The room service guy and the hotel manager duped us of money. The service errand worker (namely Mansur) even steals food and money. The building is located in a remote place in a high altitude area in Darjeeling - very difficult for cars to manoeuvre. They are running a chain of dirty business starting commissioned agents who take advanced reservation fees. We lost about 500 rupees in cancelling our reservation. We often donate beggars that kind of money but why steal ? Thankfully we got an alternative reservation at a much better place for the rest of the tour.
