The room was ok, the morning view is very good. But the hotel is very low 800-900 m down from the mall road. It takes so much trouble while going down but the body gets sick while coming up. And if you have to come up from down by bike it costs 50 rs per head. And the attached bathroom with the room is not so good but the common bathroom is ok-ok. If you have elderly people or small children then do not book this hotel

Each meal was a celebration of fresh, home-cooked regional cuisine. Everything is prepared with care and love. It truly felt like eating a meal prepared by a family member.Nestled slightly away from the immediate bustle of the main town, the location offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and serenity. My room opened up to a breathtaking panorama, providing uninterrupted views of the surrounding hills. Waking up to the silent majesty of the mountains, often shrouded in the famous Darjeeling mist, was an experience I'll never forget. The entire property is spotlessly clean, cozy, and exudes a peaceful, positive energy. Green Tara Homestay is a rare gem. It is perfect for couples, or small families seeking peace, incredible hospitality, and a connection to the culture of Darjeeling. Exceptional. The homestay was really neat and clean and the location was mind-blowing. The hospitality was beyond our expectation. We were really happy with the behaviour and hospitality of the members of the homestay. you feel you are at home. Will again book this homestay only when we go to Darjeeling next.

Superb, The overall ambience of the place was very homely and cozy. Really loved the place. The place is well maintained and clean. It felt like home away from home. All facilities were provided and the host is very nice and helpful. Team was always available on the phone and in person when needed. Had a wonderful experience, would surely visit and stay here again if I ever go to Darjeeling. Worth the money. Nothing as such. Everything was perfect

Most comfortable stay ever; The hosts were wonderful people… they made sure to take care of every petty detail… the home cooked food was lip smacking… the view from the homestay was excellent… overall a very very comfortable stay… for all of us it was a home away from home

5 star experience. Thank you... Host and hospitality both were awesome. Host is very cooperative. You can consult host while at site visit for shortest routes, economical options etc. They are always ready to help. Food was awesome. Good quality home made food at an economical rate. We stayed there for four days and all the time we asked host for meal. Go for it. As most of us are from plain area, we all have a bad habit of using hell lot of water for shower and other needs. But we should always remember that its a hill station and water is not in abundance. Use water very cautiously. Host is very helpful in this regard. Definitely I am going to stay at Himalayan Workation on my next visit.
