Worst service I had ever got from any homestay/hotel/resort.|Owner words are very fishy, during booking the homestay he said he will provide accommodation for 18 persons in his homestay but when we reach there we found that in his homestay only four rooms are available. This homestay has 5 rooms only, 3 in 1st floor & 2 in ground floor. 2 rooms in first floor has balcony out of which 1 room is interconnected with the 3rd room, 3rd room has no ventilation so very suffocative. In the ground floor only 1 room in the front is good & the 2nd room is at back & very shabby. Then the owner said he has another homestay where he arrange 2 rooms but that was also a big lie. The homestay where he arranged rooms has separate owner, separate name, altogether a separate homestay.|Esti Kutum Farm Stay staff named Suman very rudely told us that no one is allowed to take bath as in "Jhandi" water supply is having issues for last 3-4 days, which was also a big lie. Then the owner also tells us the same lie to us, then we protest & had a discussions with the owner then he said that we can use water for bathing also. After harsh discussions & our protest they were forced to provide us all the facilities.|The homestay food is okay.|Our check-in was 26th Dec 2025|Our check-out was 27th Dec 2025|NB: There are many very good homestays in Jhandi, before booking this over-hyped homestay please do search properly. The celebrity photos, bytes all are only promotions & gimmick.
