Room could be better but the staff behaviour and service were awesome. Overall very good experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Orange Relling Farmstay. Away from the busy life and crowded places of Darjeeling, we found true serenity here. It’s a quiet and calm place where you can simply relax and be in the moment. The owner couple are exceptional in their hospitality—warm, welcoming, and very caring. The homemade food they serve is truly unmatched, fresh and full of flavor. The scenic beauty and peaceful atmosphere are phenomenal. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the chaos and reconnect with nature.

Very beautiful place in the lap of nature and mountain... Food was awesome..

A Perfect Nature Retreat – Relling Orange Farmstay: We stayed at Relling Orange Farmstay for 2 nights and 2 days, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Nestled amidst lush green hills, the environment was mesmerizing and incredibly peaceful—an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The host was exceptionally polite, well-behaved, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. Every single food item served was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, adding a homely touch to the entire experience. The property also offers a barbecue setup, which was a delightful addition to our evenings. The rooms were clean, and the washrooms were spotless—hygiene was clearly a top priority. Plus, having Wi-Fi access in such a remote and serene location was a pleasant surprise. If you're looking to unwind in the lap of nature, surrounded by hills and tranquility, Relling Orange Farmstay is the perfect place to be. Highly recommended!

A very nice stay in a very beautiful place.. Loved this place

We were a family group of nine people, stayed for two nights at Relling Orange Farmstay in December (2024). It was a leisure trip to enjoy the season of oranges. 🔴As host, Paras Pradhan was very well mannered and kind. He admitted that he lacks man power and runs the whole system with his wife! 🔵There are 3-cottages with two double beds in each. Hence, a total of 12 people can stay at a time. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, washrooms (with geysers) were also clean. NOTE: Elderly people who have arthritis should stay at the third cottage (near kitchen/dinning). 🟢Food were great. They also provided us excellent snacks (with tea) in the evening. Barbeque on request. 🟡Paras Ji's orange garden is situated at a distance of 400m (approx.) from the farmstay. You need to walk for 5-7min. to get there. 🟣 Sightseeing: a river, tea garden, Gumba Dara viewpoint, orange gardens. Paras Ji will help you in arranging a day trip. 🟤From NJP, it takes at least 5hrs to reach the farmstay. The road goes via Darjeeling. From Darjeeling, Relling is 2hrs drive. Road condition isn't good after Darjeeling. 🟥 Lastly, I am not satisfied with idea of a 'farmstay' projected by Paras Ji. Visitors should allow to pluck oranges (one/head, at least) just to give them the raw farmland-experience. If the land is on lease (as in case of Paras Ji), they can serve guests with dishes/drinks made out of fresh oranges (orange pudding, orange wine etc.). I request Paras Ji to think about it and promote orange-based tourism.

Spent our weekend there. This homestay is having wonderful view. Very peaceful and beautiful place .Nature lovers must go. Their food was tasty. Rooms were neat & clean.

A very peaceful place for deep sleep in fresh air and absolute silence. Well behaved staff and decent food quality enhance the interest to visit here again and again.

Exceptional! They have 3 rooms, and we stayed in the Bamboo Cottage, which has two adjacent cottages. The view from the cottage is breathtaking. It's clean and well-maintained, with two double beds and a spotless bathroom. Downstairs, there's a dining area and kitchen. The owner(Paras ji) and his wife live next door. Their hospitality is warm and genuine. When we got lost while riding scooters due to incorrect GPS directions, they called frequently to guide us. Food is good, especially the thukpa and paneer. We also had a delightful barbecue experience. The homestay is close to the picturesque Little Rangit River, which feels like a private river. It's serene, with hardly anyone around. You can even take a dip if you like.
