Great stay overall. Sonam Lama sir and his mother were very kind and welcoming. The location is beautiful and perfect for nature lovers. The only downside is the steep 10–15 min walk—going up can be tiring, but shared rides are available. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the views due to heavy fog. Best suited for adventure lovers, not elderly people.

It is a very nice place and the best part is its owner Lama ji, we had a lot of fun.

We had an amazing time at Mountain Valley Homestay, the rooms are comfortable with lots of space and a stunning view of the mountains and sunrise. It's in a quiet spot just out of town, we arrived with very little plans but Sonam showed us some gorgeous natural areas and beautiful buildings. Food is available for extra or cooking equipment for self catering. Sonam and his mother are exceptionally kind and generous couldn't recommend more.
