It’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful homestay experience. Gurjeeb Uncle is extremely kind and helpful—he assisted us with bike rentals, sightseeing plans, and everything we needed during our stay. He also served us delicious home-cooked food, which made the experience even more special. The homestay offers a beautiful view and a calm atmosphere. The only drawback is that it’s a bit far from the main market. Shared taxis are easily available, but after getting down from the taxi, there is a 15-minute walk. Since it’s a hilly region, the walk was a bit exhausting for us. Overall, it was a lovely stay and is highly recommended for those who enjoy quiet surroundings.

What a nice stay . I stayed for 11 days and I got the peace I was looking for . It’s offbeat , may be a bit difficult to reach there . But I wasn’t looking for sightseeing . I wanted peaceful stay , and I got that. Gourjeeb is an awesome host and his cousin Sujen was so helpful . He even called me to ask if I reached home safely or not . I felt really taken care of . The food was awesome, got in-house drink , or whatever I asked for. They will even take your Swiggy order and will deliver to you . Wonderful view , a whole terrace which is shared but barely used by any other guests. I even worked from the terrace. I felt really taken care of as a solo female traveller . Must visit for someone who’s not looking to travel everyday and want to see the raw and real side of the hill life. 🤍
