An absolute hidden gem in North Bengal! 🌲✨ If you are looking for a true offbeat destination that puts you right in the lap of nature, this is it. The cottage is incredibly clean, spotless, and beautifully maintained. What makes this place truly unforgettable is the hospitality. Sushant bhai is an amazing host who takes care of everything seamlessly. Kaushalya didi is so nice and a wonderful cook—the food was absolutely delicious! Even Sushant’s mom is such a warm, amazing person who makes you feel right at home. A quick tip: The roads might disappoint you a bit initially, but don't let that deter you. The moment you reach the property, you will be absolutely stunned by the beauty. Highly, highly recommended!

Waking up to the mist-covered hills and lush green tea gardens was an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very well maintained, with beautiful views of the estate. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional — everyone was warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was fresh, delicious, and had an authentic homemade touch that made us feel completely at home. One of the best parts of the stay was the calm atmosphere and the scenic walks through the tea estate. It’s a perfect place for nature lovers, couples, and anyone looking for relaxation and peace.

Had a really great stay at Local Tribe! The location is awesome, right on the main road near Salesian College, making everything very convenient. The food was delicious and the overall comfort felt just like home, all at a very budget-friendly price. A special thanks to the hosts, Ashika and Nihal, who were extremely kind and helpful. We were looking for a stay at the last moment, and they genuinely helped us out without any hassle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with a homely vibe!

The location was so good and transportation was easy and the main junctions from the stay was very near like Kurseong ghum and Darjeeling very beautiful scenery and toy train track as well in front of the college salesian college
