We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The experience was truly memorable. A special thanks to Sujata Di for taking such great care of us and making us feel at home throughout our stay. Her warmth and hospitality made our trip even more special. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga and even spotted deer nearby, which was an amazing experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway!

We had a really wonderful and comfortable stay at this homestay. The place was clean, peaceful, and felt just like home. The hospitality was excellent, and everything was well arranged. A special thanks to Sujata Didi for her kindness, care, and warm hospitality. She was very helpful, friendly, and always made sure that we were comfortable. Her homely behaviour made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and homely place to stay.

Just a few kilometers from Ghoom station, this homestay offers stunning views of the Kanchenjunga range on clear days. Located at the edge of a mountain, the front-facing room balconies provide a very soothing experience. There are no rooftops of nearby buildings or clotheslines in sight; instead, you are treated to an uninterrupted landscape of dense forests and majestic mountains. Every morning, we would go up to the terrace to enjoy the first rays of the sun and get a clearer view of Kanchenjunga. I would highly recommend having your morning tea on the terrace while enjoying the breathtaking view and the cool mountain breeze. We were a group of two families ( 4 adults and 2 kids) staying there from 25th December to 30th December. A bonfire was arranged every evening, allowing us to enjoy the chilly weather (around 2°C to 4°C) while sipping tea (which was excellent!) and having snacks around the warmth of the fire. Breakfast was different every day during our stay and was consistently delicious. Dinner was served hot, and menu preferences could be discussed in advance, provided sufficient preparation time was given. Sujata and her assistant took great care of us and always greeted us with warm smiles. Sujata also prepares a special chili achar and makes beautiful bags, which are displayed at the homestay and worth checking out. The owners were very cordial, patiently listened to our needs, and helped us whenever possible. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the mesmerizing views of Kanchenjunga, the delicious food, the warm hospitality, and most importantly, the experience of staying amidst nature, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We would definitely love to visit again.

The hospitality and ambience are extremely good. The food is absolutely delicious. Excellent view from this homestay. From every room you can enjoy the scenic beauty of Kanchenjunga. The atmosphere is really calm and quiet. Moreover you could able to see deers coming and having from the nearby jungle, which is a rare sight compare to any other homestay.
