Worst hotel. Bad behaviour.... totally damge rooms and no lift and fraud of money.

Guys plz plz request not to suggest these hotel so poor behavior of the owner and he provides car which is total scam

Staff's are incompetent fully unsatisfied

Prabhat bhai is a great person with excellent behavior and helpful service. The place feels welcoming and comfortable because of him. 🤗

Moderate Hotel, but Staffs namely Krishna & Prabhat were helpful. Difficult to trace as Not on the Gandhi Road. 8-10 mins walking from Mal Road. Rooms are not so much specious, views are good. No in house Resturant and one need to go outside for fooding or need to order through Food Apps. However, Krishna will also brings food to room, but not suggested due to shortage in space. No Tea Coffee kettle was given. Wash Room is extremely small around 14-16 sq. ft. Beds are good & comfortable. No lift facility, thus avoidable for elders becoz of one feels shortness in breathings. Overall a good hoyel, but lack of some basic facility render not appropriate value for money.

please do not get trapped with flowery review.this the worst hospitality hotel I have ever seen .the hotel doesnot come into action (providing water ,refreshment) until you pay in full amount.and still the bathroom stays with out water

It was a 3nights stay in this hotel room. No problem with electricity or water during that time, 24 hours hot water supplied by each tap. And the scenery from the balcony was amazing, the peak of kanchanjunga was clear one of those days. We haven't call any caretaker during this time so not sure about this thing.. But the manager was very helpful. There was free wifi, with good internet speed. The distance is just a 5minutes walk from Keventer's. Beside the hotel there is a grocery shop and different restaurants are also. Only the drawback with the first lot of straits and no fooding place in the hotel. But overall it was a good stay.

The staff were very helpful and cooperative, making our stay comfortable. The location is excellent and convenient. The breakfast was superb and thoughtfully prepared according to our preferences, including special requests for the kids. The reception team also assisted us with planning our itinerary and handled bookings efficiently.

Disgusting service! They don’t have basic facilities not even a glass to drink water. Heater doesnt come for free, bathroom is very small with zero aminities. No check in and check out polices not even a id verification .

Location good near to Mall Road. Room also very nice and cozy. Clean washroom. But there was an issue of power backup. Over all nice stay U can get a good view from room.

No electricity in the evening no back up- bathroom broken taps

Definitely a comfortable stay and facilitated our requirements Was happy with the window view- kanchanjunga Himalayas range and so cozy stay.

They have this homestay which is 10 mins walking farther from the hotel. Had to stop by at Darjeeling for 1 night and needed a place to rest in peak season- so all the hotels and bnbs were booked. I had booked their homestay and when I asked for location, I was given a misleading location of their normal hotel which is closer to mall road. Kinda felt scammed, but might have been a genuine mistake. Room was decent and washroom was good, just clear out the little details before confirming your booking. Owner is polite.

Awesome stay.. I was here for 3 days, the views from this hotel are amazing, and the room service is really good too, plus the owners are super nice.

If you opt for the Deluxe room, you'll be in for a treat!

Great location. Amazing view and really warm hospitality. They even took care of our travel and transportation. Had a great experience here.

It is a budget hotel with 8 to 10 rooms. Rooms are cosy and with great views.
